I am a member for more than 8 years and not utilised the holiday after we became a member, as we understood that most of these properties are outside the city or location, where want to visit. Also, the executives are not not curtious. Further, it is very expensive of all the items including food, sports and any other items.
As we are senior citizens and children are abroad, we are mostly interested in spiritual and temple visits and these resorts r not at all near to the places, we have been visiting. Also, most of the time, when we wanted neither the support staff helped us nor it is most of the time full in the initial year(s). During the Pandemic too, we tried to book the resort and the support staff informed us that they will help us to book the same. But no one bothered to call back, though we have been promised extra nights and gift vouchers for the payment of maintenance charges during the pandemic period, which we have paid, but no extra days and gift vouhers were never provided us. Hence, last two years, we have been informing the executives, who have called us that we want to cancel the membership and pay us what ever the amount you collect from the prospective customer after reducing your charges. But there was no support coming from the company side. Instead they are calling us and asking us to pay the maintenance charges, which is increased from 13k to 15k per annum. We cannot provide any more charity, though we have not utilised the facility from the day after we became members. We would infact raise these issues in the AGM, as we are the shareholders of the company too.
