[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund of payment after cancellation

We had enrolled for club mahindra membership last year but till now we have not taken any benefit as every single time we could see the hotels prebooked even before 2-3 months. We could not find a single hotel to book as per our plans and this has happened everytime. Finally we decided to just cancel the membership as money was getting deducted every month and we had no benefit out of it. Till now we had invested around 80, 000 after that we informed the bank and club mahindra to cancel our membership. Since we have never used this membership we are expecting our money to be refunded. 80 thousand is not a small amount in exchange of literally nothing. Please help us in getting our money back. Thank you.

We have already communicated with your associates over phone and cancelled membership. Now all I need is the refund which we should get as we have not utilized a single benefit of your plan!!! So I request you to work on that at the earliest
