HR Miscommunication

Please be informed that HR ( Ritu ) called for interview of WFM post, after a small round of interview she asked me to go for Excel test. And she suppose to sent me an email for location where I should go for same.
Till today she didn't send email nor called me.

Food card balance to be credited

Female employee harassment

A female employee of CTS Mangalore is being harassed by her other team members. Despite of her complaints to senior hr manager, nobody had had time to discuss about it with her.

Her only concern is she may not get experience letter etc if she escalate it or lodge a complaint with Police and also she does not have visible evidence as it's all purely verbal torture.

After being tortured by them for so many days...

Need new food card

I lost my food care recently and i had lodged a complaint to block the card and the card was blocked.I tried applying for a new food card, but i am unable to register as my employee id is already registered with hdfc food card.
Could you please help me get a new food card with the same food card number as the one I lost? Also help me to get my balance AMT transferred to my new card.

Unable to enroll 2nd policy for employer

I am a cognizant employee and I have requested for the HDFC food card on 22 Nov from cognizant portal only. At that time the time to receive the card shown was 12 of December. But till now i have no response or any details regarding the food card. Please help me with this and inform till how much time it would take to get my food card. Forgot PIN

I was working with Cognizant till May 2014.After that i haven't used my Food card.Now i got message that it is expiring on 04/17 and having some balance.When i tried using it, it asked for PIN.Now i don't remember User id and PIN also.Is there any way out to use remaining money??

Pf withdrawal pending for 1 year

It's being now more than 1 yr when i submitted the withdrawal request. Initially you took more than 6 months to submit the documents to pf office. The pf office rejected the application while i submitted all the required documents to cognizant.
Though i submitted the documents again in the given time but no response from you after sending many mails.

Now i need to move to labour court finally to file the case against...

Food card activation

Upset with Overall PF Process

I am an ex-Cognizant employee and want to complain against the harassment and mental torture I have had to bear in last few years due to careless attitude of the company.

Backdoor process

Don't apply from quikr jobs. A person called karthick will call you and say he is a hr in cts and he vl place you through backdoor. He vl ask 50k. He vl say pay 25k after you receive offer letter. 30 billion loss to India due to CTS

Provident Fund

MY Emp ID is 346824. I have submitted all the documents to retrieve my PF amount. The last acknowledgment from Cognizant team was on 19 July, 2016 that they have received all requisite documents and the process has been initiated. Since then I have not heard from them even after following up about the update. I have never received the reply from the team for my follow up emails for the same.
Please help me with the update....
