I'm keerthana, i got selected in cognizant in the month of jan 2020 in manyata tech park. I got my offer letter and submitted all the required documents, but still i didn't receive my joining date. I had raised quires many times to cognizant website but there is no response. So i request you to let me know when does i will get my joining date? Thank you....

The onecognizantexternal. Cognizant.com is the portal which is handling pre-joining and on-boarding process for cognizant new employees who has been selected and got offer letter.

Past one month this portal is not working. Due to this issue company changing my joining date. Because of this offer i quit my previous company. But hr telling if portal is up and running only we can able to onboard or else till that doj will be changed....

It's really frustrating to be idle like i'm after even getting a job.
Their management is the worst and you can't even contact the hr, useless everything there is useless....

As per cognizant policy employer ensure to employee if associate resign their job due some personal circumstances he/she can withdraw or revoke their resignations.

I put down resignation on feb 29th and my last date is apr 28th. As i said i resign on feb 29th through 1c portal later three days i went through severe appendix surgery. Immediately i called my tl he was in party he didn't lift my calls later i dropped him a message...

I yet to join in cognizant this month end (27/4/2020). I regularly checking the portal for details. Today (17/04/2020) suddenly this portal server is shown as 'service unavailable'.

My fear is weather it is temporary? If so when will...

Hi,
I had attended the interview for engineer trainee on february 2020, at cognizant technology solutions, manyata tech park, f2 second floor, nagawara bangalore. I had completed my technical as well as hr interview and had signed the paper as formality. I didn't receive any update still. I was told by hr that i was selected and i would be receiving my selection mail and my offer letter. Please let me know about it....
