i m kewal kumar from jammu i am using aircel my no. is [protected] ...aircel proide rs 98/- month unlimited gprs service i have recharge my cell with rs 98 and send message for gprs activation i get gprs setting but when i open wap services after 2 sec it show error message packet data connection not available...i have call customer care many time but they not solve my problem and told me that they send my complain to gprs department and they callback in within 24hrs but after 10 days i have not got any callback plz help me...thnks

Nokia — Non-activation of GPRS

My mobile no. is [protected] from Sahibganj (JHARKHAND). On 8.4.09 I sent the massage-GPRS E to 53733. Configuration message has been received by me on 9.4.09 which I have successfully saved. But gprs has not been activated up till now. Wheh contacted, customer care personels say that they will send a provisioning message to activate gprs. But I have been able to get nothing but assurance.

cellone gprs — recharge failure

i purchased my bsnl sim before a month. i got my sim recharged with Rs. 230 mobile gprs plan. It worked well for one month. now my validity is over, i went to get my sim recharged with this plan again, but the recharge failed. since 2 days m trying to get this recharge but every time it fails. Not only me, my friends are also facing the same problem. Kindly solve my problem at the earliest. I will be highly obliged if you take action in time and revert my problem soon. Thank you.
Are you sure your handset is compatible with GPRS? You have to be sure of that, if you think that it is, then you should get assistance from the nearest Aircel store
when u connect your phone to to pc go to setting

i am using nokia e50 it is comptible with GPRS...I can't access net in phone

nokia 5130c — Non Activation of GPRS

Sir/Madam,
With due regards i want to know that why you have no settings for NOKIA 5130c mobile i have purchased this mobile a day before i was very happy that i will use your gprs on my mobile as well as on my PC but i think that this is not possible with this handset.

Please can you people tell me that when will be the time when i will receive gprs settings for my handset.

Try accesing net with pocket internet(Aircel thrills) settings..
The settings are

Proxy address:192.168.35.201
Port:8081

Aircel — not getting settings for my device

sir,
i am calling custmer care on 121, [protected] from last one and half month
even i recharged my numbers with rs 98 for unlimited browsing, my deice shows
running of internet but i m unable to access web, custmer care says our u will get
a call from our gprs department within 24 hrs, but i had'nt recieved any call from the
aboove said .
please help me i[censored] can !

sir, i using nokia 5130 xpress music. i need GPRS activation for my mobile. but when i send message to 57777 there is no response. then i call to the customer care(52024). they said that "this offer is not for nokia 5130 xpress music. the process is going on to activate for this set". i often call to them, but they reply the same words. i just want to know when this will be activated for this set. please activate quickly.

I am sure they must be looking into your complaint, why don’t you go to the nearest Aircel store and get an update on your complaint.

Aircel are bloody cheaters
they tell yu once you recharge with Rs.98 voucher the settings will be delivered to upon sending an sms PI to 121 or WAP to 121
hell, i've sent like a dozen messages to no avail.
aircel sux bigtime. airtel rocks, wish they get back 2 the Rs 7 per day normal charge instead of the stupendously n humungus charge of Rs 15 per day

i am having nokia 5130 c-2 and having aircel conection.i want to activate GPRS.i have been send sms GPRS BP NOK 5130 TO 57788. BUT reply from aircei is ' your request could not be processed. to ur phone model does not support this facility'.how to i get gprs conection in my hand set through aircel.
