[Resolved]  Aircel — gprs problem

i m kewal kumar from jammu i am using aircel my no. is [protected] ...aircel proide rs 98/- month unlimited gprs service i have recharge my cell with rs 98 and send message for gprs activation i get gprs setting but when i open wap services after 2 sec it show error message packet data connection not available...i have call customer care many time but they not solve my problem and told me that they send my complain to gprs department and they callback in within 24hrs but after 10 days i have not got any callback plz help me...thnks

hiiii friends there is no problem with aircel net i[censored] hav problem subscribe to packet data first then u have just msg on 121 and write datavas in capital letter.for want gprs settings type ALL and send it to 121.hope it help u all my friends.bbye

i am using sony ericsson k510i with aircel prepaid connection . My problem is that whenever i send the sms PI to 121, i recieve the settings but while saving them, error msg is displayed " AUTHENTICATION FAILED, SETTINGS DISCARDED". I have also tried the factory settings option but all in vain...
i am not able to access web services on my phone. please help.
They have a very prompt and efficient Customer care, still you can try and get in touch with the nearest Aircel store.

Aircel — Problematic Service

i bought an Aircel connection.It was the first connection in gr. noida.I have been using it since with no problems.I recharge it with a Rs.225/- tariff which allows free calling to Aircel connection.Recently this problem started that at 11 o' clock and after i cannot call any Aircel no. till morning.

If I call their customer care,the call does not connect and if by chance it connects,i cannot talt to their representative.

This is a strange problem, I would suggest you to visit the nearest company store and report your issue. They will help you for sure.

I use handset of Byond mobile by222, and I need the GPRS connection of Aircel. I contact to the customer care and received the manual GPRS setting and also i have emailed about this fact to the concerned email of Aircel and received a message that my handset does not support the connection. Kindly confirm me the details please and how to get the GPRS connection in the following handset. Please send the confirmation on my email-id please.

& have nokia 5233...and I have activated Aircel Poket Internet and installed a card(Rs.14).

BUT i still not recieved the settings!!!
And there seems to b an error while opening the Internet.

dial up no.: *99***1#

By making the connection with windows network and sharing center, Modem give its maximum speed,
Just go for it. Visit the link below for how to make the connection by using Windows Network and Sharing Center.

Through PC suite you can get maximum of 12 kbps speed, but with this you can get up to 35kbps speed by your Mobile Modem. Read my article on "Use Your Mobile as A Modem Without PC Suite"

For making the connection of Internet by using your mobile as a modem, You mostly use the PC suite, But by using this you get very slow speed.
When we use the PC suite only for installing the drivers of the modem and For making the connection to the internet a Windows Network and Sharing center you can probably get the speed of 35kbps.
Its easy to make connection using Windows Network and Sharing Center.
By PC suite you get only up to 11kbps but by this trick you can get speed up to 35kbps.
