I have faced a problem when i tried to connect My mobile Nokia 5300 through Pocket Internet Service.

hello sir, Iam Rajasekaran I am using Sony ericson w200i yesterday i get gprs settings, but i am not access the n/w connection my mob no is [protected], when i enter the n/w data account does n't exist this problwm occured so pls clear gprs problem.

I am Mukesh and I am using Aircel no.- [protected]. I have a problem with internet connection using on My Mobile. When I connect my mobile with GPRS and start internet, after 5 to 10 second it automatically get disconnected by the server. This causes me a great problem. I make my first call 11 Jan - 11 on customer care they give me 72 hour time period they told me in this period my problem 100% solve and we make a call on your number and give you reason why this error generate. But nobody calls me nor is my problem solved. Again after 24 hour I make a call on your customer care and telling my problem regarding GPRS/internet on my mobile. they give me 24 hour time period they told me in this period my problem 200% solve also they send a complain no via msg. but I am not receive any msg. in 15 day I make call on your customer care nu. 18 to 20 time, but I lost my 14 days period of validity and on Sunday 23rd Jan-11 I lost my personal balance on my mobile of Rs. 22. Without any information.
Last 14 days many time my call disconnecting by your customer care executive’s.
I want Reply of why these kind of problems with me and why not reply me any information.
Why anyone not forwarded my complaint and why anyone give me any complaint number.
I want explanation of what you do such these kind of person who making fool of customer’s

I am using aircel gprs for last 18 months and it was working fine except on 1-2 times but from last 15 days the gprs is not working at all.I live in main bazaar kathua.So please help me and solve the problem of gprs as soon as possible.

i recently shifted to aircel network and the network totally ****s. it does not support any downloading from google play. even using 3g network also it doesnt support download, it always shows some error while downloading or connection timed out while browsing. it is really waste network. if we call the customer care they will be saying all *****.
REALLY PEOPLE THIS NETWORK IS USELESS FOR PEOPLE WHO STAY ONLINE ALWAYS.

I Nitn N.Sapkal is your Aircel Customer, My Mobile No. [protected], I am using the Micromax Q-2 series Dual SIM Mobile, I want to use the pocketinternet services of Aircel regards to that I called customer care many times about How to use the pocketinternet servcies . Aircel Customre care department send me the setting of pocketinternet i.e. GPRS setting and as per the information provieded to me by the customer care department I done all the things. but I can't able to use the pocketinternet service. Before using the Aircel pocketinternet facility, I am getting the Internet facility through Airtel without any problem, but when I used the Aircel, from that I can't able to use the internet through Airtel also. Every time message I am getting is the GPRS not subscribed.
Please give me the suggestions.
