I am ready to comment [protected] times my aircel gprs connectivity and calling network always voice breaking in metro, at home, at office area, pls dont use it.If i am calling to customer care they are very rude to talking with me evry time they dont know coustomer service ...or how to handle complain...
AIRCEL IS VERY BAD IN SERVICE
Am an aircel prepaid user. i have put a 128 rupees data card this evening. But it says that no data source available. all my accounts are not synchronizing. it shows me "Access denied, laptop browsing is blocked". how to get rid of this??
Recently I parches dongle sim bearing no [protected] in Chinsurah, Hooghly, WB. Most of time in a day there is no network coverage 2G/3G of this particular NO. Though other Aircel sim getting well network coverage from that same location. Aircel customer care support also behaving strange like that sim. Most of the day thy are not responding, the line remain always blocked.They instead of solving problem only misguide and kill time. SO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM, AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE,
some stupid service is activated and my balance is getting deducted every time..i called up many times to deactivate the service..but you'll dont seem to help us
you'll say the service is deactivated but then again you'll charge for it... Bloody cheaters

Aircel — my balance has been deducted unnecessarily.
from last 2 weeks the Aircel deducted RS 50 & Rs 30 & Rs 15 unnecessarily and no action is take my complaint no. my aircel no [protected]Regarding deduction of Balance
