My name is Shinu. I am an NRI working in UAE. My Airtel number is [protected] is not working since 1 Nov 2020. This is not the first time I am facing this problem. I filed complaint in their customer care email. The replied me to call 121. I was surprised, how I will call without network. My number is connected with bank activities. I lost so many important messages due to this network failure.
I have sufficient balance to be an active customer. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

This is ravi Here, same problem me facing here as of i am not receiving any OTP to carry out transaction and other activities.Its limited service network coming.which is of no use.Without any intimation network providers shouldnt disconnect the network.peoples are facing the problems

Hi, I am staying in Dubai and keeping the airtel number [protected].
This number is with me now more than 13 years and all my services are connected to this.
Every month am keep on recharge to keep the sim active, last few days I noticed it is showing NO SERVICE, in my Airtel application it is active.
Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as am facing some issues because of this.

I’m staying in Dubai and my Airtel SIM card is not working in Dubai, my brother went to the Airtel store to find out the problem the store person said the sim is active if still I cannot use the sim I personally need to go to India to exchange it . My mobile number is [protected] .

My Airtel number is registering with etisalat and du. But no incoming or outgoing calls are working. Only incoming messages are working. But I have more than 100 INR credit balance on my sim. Before airtel prepaid sim was working on international roaming without any international packs. Even i have credits still my pay as you go line is not working

I have the same issue, and I tried latching to Dubai/etisalat manually even that is not working. I tried contacting the airtel agents but I am only getting assurances from past many days. Current month onwards while using this SIM, it doesn't indicate any mobile network in dubai. All my personal banking related to this number, simply request you to look into the matter and provide a satisfactory service to NRI customers which is lacking badly with Airtel as of now. Kindly let me know the status oy my SIM card and advice accordingly

It shows tower in mobile but when I try to make a call it says "YOUR SIMCARD DOES NOT ALLOW CONNECTION TO THIS NETWORK".
When I tried choosing the network operator manually that also dint work.
I have my all bank related stuffs in this number.
I kindly request airtel to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
