Sir I am copying all mail conversation till now.All of a sudden air tel is sending bill this month after a gap of 4 months. Please suggest what I will do.

    Sir,
    i am the customer of Airtel from last two months (post paid)[protected] on my name. i want to know the bill provided by them has a due date if i dont pay my dues then they can call me for bill or can wait for some time if due date crosses i will pay a fine or they can withdraw there services. But i feel sorry to say there are disturbing my parents because its a landline and the bill due is 8 march of this month from 28th feb they are call for the bill to pay atleast three to four time a day in my absence. i want to ask- Do they have a right to do so.

    Unfair billing for GPRS by Airtel Prepaid, Ptna

    I am a prepaid airtel customer haveing mobile no.[protected]. I got GPRS activated on 19th january ,2008 and deactivated it on 19th February, 2008. Rs.249 has been deducted from my account twice first on 11th February,2008 and second on 20th February, 2008 after deactivation of my account. I first complaned to your customer service calling 121 on 21st February and they assured me it is due to their fault and Rs.249 would be put back to my account. When no money has been put upto 28th February, I talfed to one lady customer executive and she felt sorry for their misdeed and again assured me the money would be put back to my account within 24 hrs. Alas! no money has been put back upto 7th March and I visited the customer service centre at Patna personally again on 8th March and informed him about the matter. The person gave an unexpected and ridiculous reply to my query that," If I would have deactivated 48hours before that, the amount would have not been deducted. It is absolutely rubbish and unacceptable to me. Please clarify the rule and let me know the site where it is posted in open domain on behalf of Airtel. I don't mind if the rate is charge proportional to the usage.

    Airtel — No Support inspite of calling them time and Agin

    I ve been an AirTel customer for long, and in the last few days, I ve been calling time and again to have my MMS & Airtel Live setting configured on my handset. But I guess none can figure out who is doing what with your customers.

    Believe me guys, AirTel has a monopoly in the products they offer, but the tech support – is nothing but harassment, I ve been asked to send those messages [MMS & LIVE] to 52567 – but none of the settings work, finally I asked one of the reps to check whether my MMS & LIVE are active, duh- someone deactivated it – I don't even know that. I asked you guys to cancel my MO but you cancelled everything else along with it. Means anyone can fiddle with the customers acct.


    As of now – all I can say – just cant stand their ignorance & harassment - But guess we ve to live with it

    Sir, I often call to airtel care but I never got satisfactory reply. I think airtel care officers are not botherd to help customers. They are just enjoying at care centre. My findings through conversation with airtel care are that airtel care executives are lazy, stupid, non cooperative, and having lack of proper information. I appriciate airtel for its service and rents but I really want to abuse airtel care executives. Think over it that airtel service is good but people are not getting proper informations from call centre, then what is use of good service if custmoers can not use it properly. If I were director of airtel then all airtel care executives would have been suspended. I have decided that I will report the matter to airtel HIGHER AUTHORITIES if the same is going on. AIRTEL is not paying them for non cooperation with custmers.And they should know it all payments are adjusted through customers.U should know it why I m frusted on care centre because I had called airtel care forty one times for airtel live setting, but no one has cooperative tounge. I would like to tell u bullsheet replies and lame excuses o[censored]r care executives.
    1)-ur handset Nokia E51 is not supportable for GPRS.----as i know e51 is good supportable for gprs.
    2)Please disconnect and call[protected]This is famous dialogue of every care executive even we called 121 and this keeps on going until and unless customer will get bored to stop calling 121.

    3)They always pretend by telling u have not dialed desired number, even number has been dialed correct.

    HOPE U WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND WII GET BACK TO ME BY REPLY.

    I am Baijayanta from Bhawanipatna, Orissa. Last Saturday ie. on dtd 15.8.2009 at 8.30 pm. i called to the customer care service at Bhubaneswar regarding my deduct amount from my account & there Mr. Sudhansu customer care executive can't replayed me and solved my problem, he reversely takled with me with hard language. I can't expect this type of language from Airtel company. I am using my mobile since more than 2 years. Instead of solving my problem the executive is misbehave like taking & it is beyond my expectation. the company must give training to the Mr. Sudhansu (the customer care executive) how to talk with the customer with polite and sweet tongue. I expect the Airtel company will respond & take necessary action.

    Airtel — company stop a night calling service

    i have a airtel pripaid card and i am using that card a very long time the company stop a night calling service for last one week.
    when ever i call in customer care for asking to when the night calling service is countinu that customer care person tell me that service will countinu but where we don't know so please ask company to when they start the service. and also ask to them that service will countinu or not otherwise i will change the company.

Think over it that airtel service is good but people are not getting proper informations from call centre, then what is use of good service if custmoers can not use it properly. If I were director of airtel then all airtel care executives would have been suspended. I have decided that I will report the matter to airtel HIGHER AUTHORITIES if the same is going on. AIRTEL is not paying them for non cooperation with custmers.And they should know it all payments are adjusted through customers.U should know it why I m frusted on care centre because I had called airtel care forty one times for airtel live setting, but no one has cooperative tounge. I would like to tell u bullsheet replies and lame excuses o[censored]r care executives.
    1)-ur handset Nokia E5 is not supportable for GPRS.----as i know e5 is good supportable for gprs.
    2)Please disconnect and call[protected]This is famous dialogue of every care executive even we called 121 and this keeps on going until and unless customer will get bored to stop calling 121.

    3)They always pretend by telling u have not dialed desired number, even number has been dialed correct.

    HOPE U WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND WII GET BACK TO ME BY REPLY.

    Airtel mobile connection — My number keep on getting bored

    I am having airtel post paid coneection from past 3 years,I went to relationship center (Adyar,sastrinagar)and asked them to convert from post paid to pre paid.for that they asked me to submit necessary documents(Id proof,Residence proof). at the time of submitting documents i have been promised your prepaid connection will get activate with in 8 to 10 hours.my mobile number got barred more than 3 days,later i went and asked the relation ship center executive then and there they activatedmy number.after 2 weeks of time again my number outgoing got barred and saying that i havn't submit my documents.

    i am a software employee i could not go every time to ralationship center to enquire about my problem....can some one help me how can i take this problem to forward

    Airtel — Not Responding Customers on Call centers

    I have been activated for Missed Call Alert & they took me of the charges real time when i subscribe but afterwards i havent got any alerts from Airtel.And today i have faced a problem that i couldnt send messages & from morning onwards i been calling 198 & they have been attended and make me hold long time & afterwards it is getting disconnected.I can try this 3 times from my mobile to reach them up & afterwards the 198 not routing me to the customer care.Then i started to call from others Airtel number to 198 & asked for the status.But i have been facing the same issue.The customer care people doesnt have any responsibilty to provide customer good service & i got vex with the service problem.This is atrocious service & they not even return to my problem.

    Please help me out. Or any possibilities of taking legal action against AIRTEL. As it hurts somehow personally.

    As I m calling to call center the guys sitting over their r not responding properly

    Airtel Broadband — Airtel connection not activated - over 25 days

    I am totally disappointed with the service provided by Airtel broadband. I had requested for a broadband connection around 25 days back and the customer care whom I spoken with ensured me that your plan will be activated within 3 – 5 working days.

    When I asked the concerned person after said days he told me that there is some technical problem and ensured me it will be done in 2 working days I said okay.

    But when it was again not done I called again to the branch and they told that give us 3 days, it will be done.

    It is over 25 days when I was requested for a plan, whenever I call to customer care they say that executive will visit by today evening or by tomorrow…but I don’t see any progress. Now when I suited a mail, they are writing it will be activated soon but I don’t know when the soon will come.

    I have started an office that is totally based on internet, based on confirmation of airtel customer care I went ahead. Because of false assurance, I am facing financial loss.

    I am another victim of airtel customer service, i changed my number from postpaid to pre-paid and submitted the documents again. Back end office didn't find documents proper and barred my outgoing without sending me any update regarding this, whereas they kept sending me "free hello tunes" packages, now after a while they have barred my incoming calls also..that too without any intimation from them. When I call customer care, they say we intimate the customer always..and are not ready to help.

    This is the most horrible service I have ever experienced. they are not bothered with their customer's complaints, they will just say what is there in the book, i think, Airtel has forgotten what makes them..this seems to be beginning of the end of customer relationship.

    AirTel — non cooperation of customer support executives

    I have prepaid connection of airtel vide mobile No. [protected]. Several times i tried to contact with customer care executives for activation for internet in my mobile through two to three different mobiles including my own number, but the executives are repeatedly disconnecting the call in the midway of discussion while I am also paying the call charges of customer care for conversation.     This is complaint regarding my fixed landline/internet services. I had mailed you previously as well regarding cross connection of my landline with some other user on 5th Dec, 2012. I've been in constant touch with the customer care executives on a daily basis to get this issue resolved. Everytime I get this response that they will get back to us within 2 days but no action has been taken so far. Even the customer care executives are not able to transfer their calls to their senior authorities. With these kind of services and response from your end I feel constantly asking myself the question that why didn't I pick some Govt. service provider instead of you.       today my airtel validity have expired and in afternoon i have recharged my prepaid no.(+91-[protected]) with rs. 200/ for one month validity, after that iam able to make outgoing calls but anyone trying my no. airtel announces that this is temporarily out of service, iam not able to receive my incoming calls.when iam trying customer care no. for taking to customer care they are not giving any option to connect to customer care executive.what a pathetic service.please resolve it immediately.

      From this December 31, SMS service on my number is not working i had called up Cust. Care a thousand times they have told me to check the sms settings and number it was as per the mark but it was all ok as i don't do many sms.           Since the day I brought my Lifetime Sim (29/02/08) I am fedup with the support from Airtel.
          I have been trying to Activate my GPRS and am not able to.Trying to call up 121 mentions to send a SMS and nobody responds to it . You can never speak to a customer executive.
          I went to the relation ship centre and they do not have any idea. Went to the Airtel main office and they too were not of much help.
          After my GPRS got activated my Airtel account on 7th March my account was debited for Rs 30 instead of Rs 15
          I have complained to the relation ship centre but resolution came from the Nodal officer.
          Trying to send a sms to GPRSDEACT gets me the error your is not a valid
          prepaid No.
          Every time I have to run to the Airtel relationship centre 3Km away to get the service deactivated.
          Trying to call 121 is useless as is sending them an SMS.
          They do not allow deactivation by sms and even if you mention to deactivate the GPRS 6 hours before rather than their timing of 4 hours before still they will deduct the money for the next day.

          Whom to I complain.. I wish this be brought to light. I have all the proofs like SMS sent and mails to the nodal officer and this can be taken to consumer court as well…

          I am working for L&T ( TENGL, Pune). We had companywide Air Tel connection last year ( Mobile No:=[protected]). I had stopped using Air Tel due to lot of problems in the connectivity. This connection was on my name having corporate plan. I have paid all my dues 6-8 months back, I have receipt of same. I had asked for return the deposit, which is not yet returned. After lots of Emails and communications, there are no responce & results. Now I will wait only for 2 working days. If I will not get the Refund of Deposit of Rs 500, I will paper out this case in Sakal and Times Of India News paper.
          I hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

          I have taken a air tel post paid connection ([protected]) one and half year before .Bill of Oct 2009 i given a HDFC BANK cheque for bill payment at 6 Nov 2009 RS 400/- at pimpri air tel relationship center but they misplace cheque.when i got collection calls that time enquired to 121 your officer said your cheque is bounced and giving reference of this cheque at JAIPUR BANK .they are unable to trace about my cheque .and collection department giving me trouble tor recovery.
          In Nov billing period i faced network problem .i also given complaint for net wok but resolution period was very long this period my call duration and bill amount was going high as compare past bill.. in bill call duration showing but it was not useful for me .so why should i pay for same .i also complaint my bill going high because off network problem. for waiver off but executive took complaint for net wok problem .and resolution team called me "sir u r network problem has resolved" but what about bill. and liability.nobody taking responsibility . i also try to nodal officer nobody giving response.
          i faced very worst service
          TILL DATE ALL ARE GIVING UNSATISFIED ANSWER ...
          i hope i get positive reply...otherwise i have to throw this Sim in dustbin

            While taking Airtel connection the representative commited to provide first 2 months rentel free and 200 local minutes free for all the months.
            Inspite of that I got the bill for which I logged the complaint (2 times) with Airtel and the same was closed without any intimation.

            One thing observed that presales representative (for most of the products) committed a lot of things but once company got the cusomer they donot take care of the customer problems which customer is facing because of companies issue (which they should)

            At end sorry to say that customer care in our country is worst
            I Have been cheated by Airtle Post paid services by generating wrong bills for my previously used Airtel Number([protected]) and activating the services on their own and adding extra charges and changing the plan of the bill without any information and permission. They have charged 1000 rs for internet charges which i have not used and they were sending Adult links like "Click here for namitha wallpapers" which i have not activated and they charged 30rs every month. They are driving customers to wrong path by sending all such links.
            They are calling me daily for settlement of bill even i have told i will be paying the bills if they are sending all my bills but they are not ready to send all bills, instead they are simply calling again and again for payment.
            They are calling my friends especially girls with fake identity like bajaj insurance and asking them to come so and so place for recieving my courier which is totally misguiding the girls and trying to trap them which is a criminal offence.
            With all these things i am losing peace of micd and not able to concentrate on my work.
            Airtel legal team itself have confessed sometimes system will generate wrong bills and activate services automatically and they are ready to give waveoff for that amount. But i think this is completely cheating the customers which is happening big time.
            So request to take strict action and close such kind of things happening.

              these people are the biggest cheaters on earth. they provide false information and give absolutely false comitments. they just some how try to just trap the customer to enroll their product by making all 'mind u all' false comittments. i on the worst day of my life a month ago by mistake took their broadband service and i was told by the service manager that i will have to take a phone line with it. i didnt want a line coz i already had the mtnl line. then the officer said ok we'll provide u the line from our side u'll not have 2 pay for it so i took the broadband connection today when i got their first bill i have learned that i'll have 2 pay for the phone line. the officer name is mr. vipin mukhi whose emplyoyee ID is 71158(may be incorrect) coz his mobile no. which he gave me is a fake no. so what to do now when i am asked 2 pay 4 something which i never wanted. so simply i m one of the god's cursed child who dares to use an airtel service. thanks a lot

                    I have been using Airtel service for the last 2 years. I had an offer from Airtel network as mentioned below.

                    Offer name-STD2
                    Call charges - Rs.1 / minute for all Airtel - Airtel(STD) customers.
                    Montly deduction - Rs 25/ Month

                    I have activated this service from Feb 8th- 2008, All my Airtel- Airtel Std call deducted as per this offer.
                    But on 4th march they have stopped this offer without informing. Moreover I was not getting call cost after
                    making a call. From 4th march onwards all my std calls to Airtel, they have deducted Rs 2.60/ minute.
                    i have made a complaint to airtel customer care regarding this, but no use. They are not giving correct
                    anwer.
                    So I kindly request you to accept this as my complaint TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.

                      Hi friends, Iam karthick from Chennai, iam using the airtel connection for the past 5 years, the service of airtel is simply superb and awesome for the past 4 years, now a day’s iam getting unnecessary marketing sms via daily, which makes me really frustrated. iam nearly getting 10 to 20 sms per day, when I was trying to call that persons the calls seems to be not reachable, The numbers which Iam getting the sms are "[protected]", "[protected]". Please tell me if there is any way to solve this issue.

                      Prepaid connection — blocking connection when i am already a customer for past 1 year

                      i had purchased airtel mobile connection number which was an add on number to my broadband connection.the mobile no given was [protected] sim no[protected] .i had submitted a copy of driving licence,copy of pan card,original Airtel bill giving my address and details of my broadband connection and a photo.My address was verified my some people of airtel who rang me up on my mobile [protected]after a few days and verified details like my address and other personnel details .thereafter after few days my connection was cut.i went to the dealer at ashok vihar and requested him for help.after running to him for a couple of times he has asked me to go to kamla nagar office and prove my identity.I am an army officer and already an existing customer of airtel.I will not go to any of your offices to prove my identity as i have already submitted the required documents.in case you decide I am not worthy of an airtel connection please refund the rs 450 recharge i had made on the new number and also disonnect the broadband service .please take decisive action within 48 hours failing which I will be forced to take next step.

                        The day I activated my SIM, the same day I made request for DND activation. Airtel call centre person told me that it will be activated within 40days. What a hell! even after 40days I kept on getting business cals and SMSs. I called 121 again and they promised the same and also told me that I have made no request!!!!! This time I asked the name of the person I was talking to, she gave me the name. What a fun, after another 40days I was disturbed with same calls and SMSs. When I again called 121, they told me the same story. When asked about the female I talked earlier, hey said no one with that name was ever engaged with their call center. I asked them for my last calls audio recording, they simply refused without knowing that I have the same recording with me which I can produce.

                          I got my airtel USB Data Card with new Airtel connection on 19th/Feb/08 which got acivated only 0n 28/Feb pm due to some faulty SIM cards.

                          On 2nd /Mar/08, my data card stopped working. I was informed by customer care that there is some problem in delhi area and connection will resume by evening failing which I went to Kamla Nagar Showroom and they asked me to take the USB Modem to Service centre.

                          At service centre (ADONIS Electronics Pvt Ltd), I was informed that there is problem with USB Modem and it need to be repaired which will take 5-6 working days.

                          In all this this process , it is the cusomer who has suffered. I required GPRS services on urgent basis , and this is what I got.

                          I have opted for 999 plan for GPRS services to avail unlimited download,but have used internet services for not more than 3 days from the day I got the connection.
                          I contaced 121 service and they told me that for GPRS, I will be charged on prorata basis from the day i Got connection, to which i strongly object . Its not my fault if SIM was faulty andgot activated only on 28th . Also the new USB Modem is not working.

                          Since then , I am sending mails to Airtel Customer care and their Grievance cell, but all in vain without any reply

                          The Airtel Digital TV which is known for their superior quality in product has failed to keep up the level of customer satisfaction.

                          My Dish TV stop working all of a sudden 5 days ago. I filed 3 complaints - 6522757, 6472850 and 6432344.

                          The Engineer was supposed to come and inspect which hasn't happened. I wonder how they could close the tickets before resolving the issue.

                          We recently had the STB (Set Top Box) also replaced (not more than a month ago) and the issue is recurring.

                          We are losing out on the money we have paid for the recharge as there is no signal for over 5 days.

                            I had very weird experience with AIRTEL. I took AIRTEL Landline with Broadband connection on 23rd April, 2007 when an AIRTEL representative offered me the connection. I paid Rs. 850/- (CA/REC No. 116256, SEF No. 155520, Dated: 23/04/07) as initial deposit for “Super Three” scheme (as told by the executive). The landline phone was installed at my residence. However, the modem was not installed as I did not own a computer during that time. So far, the story was good.

                            On one sudden day, I found my landline connection to be dead. It happened before my billing date without informing me. I did not receive any telephone bill from the company.

                            I paid Rs. 616/- (REC No. 194638) as a billing amount on 8th July 2007 (My connection is still dead).

                            I shifted to a new place and request for shifting of the connection. The reference number for the request is 55330, dated: 14/07/2007. The new place is around within 200 m from the place where I used to stay before. I got a call from AIRTEL Sector-57, NOIDA office. They informed me that shifting of the connection would not be possible owing to technical issues.

                            I had to switch to a different service provider which cost me another initial deposit.

                            I got a call again from AIRTEL Sector-57, NOIDA office asking me to pay Rs. 100/- so that they can close the chapter with me. So, I paid the amount to an AIRTEL executive (REC No. 473365, Dated 26/08/07).

                            On 8th March, 2008, I got a call from an advocate appointed by AIRTEL who was threatening me for a court case under Section 420 & 421 of IPC. The advocate suggested me to pay Rs 2300/- before 2:00 PM on the same day in order to avoid the court case. He also threatened me of arrest warrant. I rushed to the AIRTEL customer office at Sector-18, Noida and communicated orally the message of the advocate to the Landline/Broadband service executive. I also communicated all the transaction details with the references and the arguments. I pleaded him for sorting out the issue as I was over occupied with other tasks. He referred me to Sector-57 office which was far away from that place. I drove to Sector-57 office in spite of the work in hand. I was made waited there, and finally the executive taking care of all the court cases (as I was told by the other executives) informed me orally that the company will file the court case if I don’t pay the amount.

                            With this kind of attitude of the AIRTEL, I am feeling mentally harassed. It is even adversely affecting my job profile and personal life. I feel difficulties in concentrating while at work. It is very shameful for an honest and responsible citizen to hear this kind of allegation and threat from an advocate even when he is not guilty. AIRTEL is responsible for this. I am frustrated with AIRTEL’s customer service.

                            i never get network on Airtel...

                            i've been using the services since 3-4 years but from the past year the services are worst...
                            Exact same stuff happenned with me. I cancelled my conneciton because of moving to another city. But i kept getting calls everyday for the next month or with an airtel call centre guy pitching for a new plan. I told him that i have shifted so please stop my connection. I cleared all bills till this point of time. Then suddnely after a month i get a call from an airtel advocated going to file a court case against me. I had to pay Rs 1500 for the same. I am not sure if they are actually going to court or just threatening people, but in any case this behaviuor is extremely irresponsible and deplorable.
                            When you say you don't like AIRTEL, why do you keep using same. To punish these guys, best thing to stop using thier connectin immediately and strongly suggest all the people you know to stop using too.

                            This will make them learn lession one day!

                            I also experienced the drop in their customer services. It seems that Airtel cares less for their existing customers. Very sad and frustrating.
                            Their staff is rude and for one querry if you dial twice you get two different answer, moreover both the answer may be wrong!!! You can't complain about them, at best you can ask their customer executive to connect you to their senior. Either they will disconnect or you will get the same kind of response from their senior. I searched their website but didn't get any place where I can complain. Search result for the word "Complain" results in zero. I wish I can write the same thing to sunil mittal.
                            I hate this and feel that I cann't do anything as I am using the same number for few years now.

                            Am facing the same problem, and in a dilemma to disconnect Airtel or not. Very bad service and they have an arrogant attitude. This is found only in the northern part of India, especially in Noida. Airtel Delhi seems to be friendly and have a good service,

                            Airtel is a brand... here employees are like Babu's who dont want to move their a bit also.. . Pathetic service. lethargic attitude..Worst customer service.. It all happened when I ignored, these already posted comments and went for an IPTV connection.3 months later I requested them to shift my connection to other address in Noida ..they said it will happen in just 3 working days.. it took 14 days and still my connection has not been activated.. I called customer care 8 times and everytime i was told that there is no request as such on their system.. Guys never believe Airtel employees..and never go for BHARTI AIRTEL...It is a no more.. It is dead.. If ignore this comment some days later you will be also writing such comment..

                              I recharge my mobile No [protected] on 1st March 2008 for Rs 222 at 2.00 pm. By Mistake money got transferred to No [protected]. Now the person who has charged my mobile did'nt guide me about the pullback at all and when i came to know about it and i ask him he was not ready to listen to me at all. Later on he showed me the message which he sent to his dealer for the pull back on his no. His Phone no. is [protected] and his address is Mahavir Frames 105,Cresent Mansion, Pandita ramabai Road, Opp. Gamdevi Police station, Gamdevi, Mum-07. He says the pull back takes six months. I just want to know if the money is pulled back on his no or not. Because i have no other way to find about that. I hope for a positive response.

                              I have never subscribe Caller Tune of Airtel but Airtel Deduct all my account amount more than 60 Rs and display my balance is -9.58. on 21/08/2009 and dispaly the message "Thankyour for your subcribtion and deduct 10 Rs for first 10 day" . I don't konw why dispaly the message more than 10 times a day. Already I Complaint about this matter on 22.08.2009 but no response from your side. Kindly give the proper reason for cut the money and return the deducted money to our account. If your are not giving proper reason I will disconnect my phone connection. My balance is -9.58 that is why I am not rechare my account. So Give the proper reason about this compalint. Don't dispaly unwanted message and caller tunes. My Phone no is. [protected]. Give the Valid reason to my email-id.
                              Two day's once I am sending Complaint about airtel. But no response from you side. I want to deactive the caller tune monthly subcribtion.                                 On 7th March '08 at 19:17 hrs I received a message on my mobile no.[protected] "your subscription to VAS PACKGG has been activated and Rs.99 has been charged to your account." I may inform you that I have never opted for such request as I am not aware of such useless packages. Moreover I am using this mobile only for incoming calls and am using it very rarely. My recharged of Rs.100 which gives Rs.76 only last for 3-4 months; then how can I opt for such options. The whole date I am receiving unwanted messages/calls from Air which I immediately delete/cut the line.

                                In this connection I talked to Ms Ritu of Airtel Customer no.121 on 8-3-08 at 11:50 hrs. who told me that this amount of Rs.99 will be revert back to to my account within 48 hrs of time and I will be informed about it. I am sorry to state that even after elapse of 48 hrs of my complaint neither I received any message nor any amount is credited to my account.

                                I therefore request you to kindly get me this refund of Rs.99 immediately and inform me about the action taken.

                                AIRTEL PRE-PAID CONNECTION — AIRTEL HAS DEDUCTED RS 99 WITHOUT ANY REQUEST

                                yestarday 07 March' 2008, At 7:06:30 pm I received an SMS stating "Dear Customer, your subscription to VAS PACK99 has been activated and Rs.99 has been charged to your account, Thank you, Sender - 543212, massage centre [protected]". but i do not attempted any request to Airtel for subscription any VAS package,firr bhi mere account se bina koi request send kiye Rs.99 deduct ho gaye...this is clearly cheating,Then i asked customer care executive but they have don't satisfied me...Can u suggest me,Now what can i doing for this.
                                i have complained it before, by number is [protected], and account get automatically get detected, due to VRS download, , , i have not downloaded anything still account gets automatically get substracted...kindly do the needful

                                Airtel Prepaid — Regular deduction of Rs.10 without any request

                                My father K V K Nair is having a pepaid connection of Airtel - [protected].

                                For the past 2 months , there have been unwanted deuction of Rs.10 for various services like Bolly spice, Airtel friendz chat, jokes, etc. for whichh no requests have been made. Cummalitively the deductions done so far is Rs. 150/- with none of the services of any use.
                                When contacted Airtel Customer Care, they unsuscribe the services but do no refund the amount.

                                Further when we visited Airtel Customer Care at Kalyan on 24.08.2010 , they asked us to contact through Hotline No.999. When contacted them , they also unsubscribed the existing services.

                                But again on 25.08.2010, there have been deduction of Rs. 10 for VAS Download which was not at all done by us.
                                I am (Rajeev Goswami) having a pepaid connection of Airtel - [protected].

                                For the past 1 months, there have been unwanted deuction of Amount for various services like Bolly spice, Airtel friendz chat, jokes, etc. for whichh no requests have been made.                                     I have been complaining about it since last 2 months in your branch office as well as on complaint portal/board.

                                    ISSUE:- I have been using it as a postpaid connection since last 2 yrs. But as I decided to get it converted into a prepaid connection, I have been facing a lot of problems to get it activated.
                                    I got a New Sim on 15th, Jan'08 after completing all the formalities and submitting the desired documents. which was supposed to be activated on the next day BUT since then it has not been activated properly and 3 Sims have been changed so far. Now, your executives say that their is an issue with the Documents. I am not able to understand how is it possible...as I have been using this no. since a long time as a postpaid connection. But still, on demand...I have submitted the documents again on 6th, March'08.
                                    The Connection is still not active.

                                    call from your Advocate Mr. S K Rathore for non payment of Rs.810/-and filing a case in Tis Hazari Court.

                                    I further requested to extend this plan for next 03 years w.e.f 03 oct.07 through the customer care but this did not happen despite several calls to customer care.

                                    Inspite of this bill with monthly rental was forwarded to me for the month of oct-Nov 2007.

                                    Up on this I requested through customer care to discontinue this number in the month of Nov.2007.

                                    Hence Iam not liable to pay any amount whatsoever and please
                                    stop approaching me for any outstanding through any means.

                                    Please stop harrasing me by giving me threatning and illegal
                                    calls from unknown sources, which may force me to approach
                                    legal organisation to settle this issue.

I have pid all the dues and purchased a plan of 999 for 3 years but inadvertantly the customer care person gave me plan for one year, I visited the office and get it corrected. Now airtel people again and again sending me bill for the sim no. [protected] and also they send me notice from their lawyer which was replied by my lawyer. As the sim is not being used and kept by my son only to contact me whenever he visits India, I request that my above number which is unauthorisely cancelled by airtel people may be installed. I think the worst people are looking after customer care service of airtel as nobody is giving satisfactory reply,
                                    i have a one airtel pre-paid card & also use. card's expier date is 28-10-08. i am facing promblem of network while talking with mobile. i had also talked to airtel customer care (198 toll free). customer support told me that I can't do nothing. & chenge your pre-paid card. he was talking very ruff laungage. i am not saticfator airtel mobile service & i am terminate card.

                                    I have received a Bill for mobile number [protected], for which I have not been issued with any SIM card from the company till date and the bill reflects an amount of Rs. 607 being charged for the month of February 2009. The calls have also been made from this SIM illegitimately, without my knowledge this is highly objectionable and against the customer rights.
                                    In this context details are as follows: Representatives of Airtel had contacted me at my residence and advised me for taking new mobile connection for which I have supplied them necessary documents and a CHEQUE FOR Rs. 500. WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF THEIR DEPARTURE FROM MY HOME I HAD GIVEN THEM A CALL REQUSTING NOT TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION AND RETURN ME THE DOCUMENTS SUPPLIED TO THEM. THEY HAD TOLD THAT THE DOCUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED TO OFFICE AND THEREAFTER I RECEVIED CALLS FROM VARIOUS OFFICIALS FROM AIRTEL HIERACHY, ASKING ME THE REASONS FOR DOING SO, AFTER EXPLAINING MY REQUIREMENTS I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITH ANY NEW CONNECTIONS.
                                    But today I was amazed to find a bill for the number [protected] issued to me and also showing the particulars of calls made from this SIM. May I kindly know HOW and WHY I have been issued a bill without issuing any SIM card or any answer to the particulars that were made in telephonic talk with the company officials?
                                    I THERFORE KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO RETURN MY DOCUMENTS AS WELL THE AMOUNT OF THE CHEQUE ISSUED TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE AT THE EARLIEST AND ALSO DETAILS ABOUT CALLS MADE FROM THE MENTIONED SIM ALLOTED AGAINST MY DOCUMENTS.                                     On 4th june, received a similar message from AD-54321 with text : Thanks for using Festivals subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10/- and on 5th also similar message from AD-54321 came and Rs.10/- was deducted from my balance. So an amount of Rs.20/- was deducted from the balance

                                    I unsubscribed by *121# services even though I have not subscribed for these services and lost the balance for the services I have not even utilised.
                                    I never subscribed to the Gurukul Service and Festivals, but your Airtel people deducted the amounts
                                    as they wish by sending the above message.
                                    Please help me to restore the duducted amounts for the services i never subscribed and utilized.
                                    I do not understand to whom I have to complain about the above since the customer care number is always busy and no answer from them. It made me to decide not to utilise the services of AIRTEL and forcibly shift to another mobile services.

                                    Airtel — Unlawfully & Forcibly Charging Fee

                                    I am holding an airtel prepaid a/c mob no. [protected]. Inspite of repeatedly complaining about their forced charges for contents not downloaded or requested, I am being charged for service fee of 10.00 rupees without my approval or request. This has happened to me several times. The modus operandi of their company is to send a sms thanking the consumer for downloading certain games/services and directly charging a fee of rupees 10.00, when infact the consumer has neither done so nor is even aware of what is going on. A recent incident happened to me today, i received a sms. Let me produce in verbatim.... Thanks for downloading Hungama Content Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 10. The fact is clear that the company is forcing contents on the mobile and deducting for services not requested by the consumer, just imagine if this type of racket is implemented on a million unsuspecting customers, then how much money is earned ? The concerned authorities have to implement certain rules to stop this racket. Airtel may be thinking that they can get away with it.I am asking why do they not have a provision for the customers to make their own choice whether to receive unsolicited messages and wrongful deductions from their credit balances.                                       i was a post paid connection no. [protected] which i have disconnected as per official procedure w.e.f. 20 nov 07. To my utmost surprise i have recieved a bill on the same no. for feb 08. bill no.[protected] for an amount of Rs. 176.74. Please explain.

                                      Airtel Postpaid Mobile — Worst customer care

                                      Recently Airtel has introduced paper less acknowledgment, where they send SMS confirmation of payment. This system never worked for me. As on date I haven't received any confirmation of may payments, I made via credit cards.
                                      My outgoing calls were barred due to the negligence of Airtel outlet executives. Airtel proved theirs as the worst customer care service even after provision of all credit card statement and reference details of the payment to Airtel nodal officer and appellate officers.
                                      If you consider the value of your time and business do insist on a receipt for your payments. Other wise you would end up in wasting your precious time to update the details to 121 & other useless authorities of Airtel.
                                      Worst Customer service is being provided by Airtel as evident from the fact as under -
                                      I am using mobile no.[protected] . It is a CUG connection provided by RDSO, Lucknow. As my son has gone recently to Geneva, on my request, RDSO my office sent an e-mail for ISD dialling facility provision to my mobile on 4th February 2020 at 12.00 hrs.It was sent to Ms. Neetika of Airtel and personally request was made to her for same at her mobile no.[protected] a no. of times on 4th, 5th and 6th Feb. Still the request is unattended . This is the service being provided by Airtel.
