Cheating in Billing

Dear Sirs,

I Have a new Airtel postpaid mobile connection from December 2007. One day there was a message "your ringtone club membership has been renewed, Rs. 30 will be added to your bill". I never asked for any ringtone membership. I called helpline and they gave me another number to inactivate the membership. I called the helpline but there was no option for deactivating, only one can become a member.

Games on demand without your knowledge

I want to download some games like cricket, football and other hot games also amination wallpaper, polytone, ringtone, wallpaper, from working message centre. I had downloaded polytone from 57333 message centre but it can't received any downloading message from that centre so provid me working message centre of downloading about anything else.

delay in deactivation of scheme

Airtel Online Recharge Failed from HDFC

I tried to do a mobile (Airtel) recharge on 28th Feb through HDFC online banking. But after completing the procedure, the Account was debited but the phone was not recharged as there are some error on the site.
Then I called HDFC customer care. They replied that the transaction is successful from our end. There is a problem with Airtel and you have to contact them. I contacted Airtel four time but they logged complaint and closed it...

Request for online password

I am trying to register to the online services.
I have tried to do it twice only to get the message that"You have successfully registered to our services.The password will be sent to the registered mobile number shortly."
However,unfortunately this has never happened.I am still waiting to receive my online password.
I never knew that service of Airtel in Pune is so pathetic.
I would definitely like get...

PrePaid to PostPaid conversion Story

I am holding Airtel no. 9960#######. It was a pre-paid connection until one file day the agents Merry ([protected]) approached me via telemarketing and gathered advance deposit against the SIMs card and documents. That was during 21-22 Feb 08 . Well, that's fine.

The activation request then processed after 48 hours by one executive by Mr. Sanjay ([protected]).

inefficient Adyar Branch, Chennai.

I have a post paid phone in my name. It has international roaming. I had visited the Adyar Branch in Chennai on the 5th of february 2008 and applied for the domestic plan to be reduced from Rs. 399 to Rs. 125 as it will be used abroad henceforth for the next few months. if you wanna see a live eg of "Height of arrogance" just visit the Airtel franchise at Hinjewadi (pune).
.......i lost my cell phone after that i filled an FIR and went to the Frenchise for duplicate sim,guess what he said to me???

Deduction from balance without my concern.

On 26th eve I got message from yr services,that Rs 30/- hv been deducted for hallow tunes.
immediately I contacted customer care wing & informed (to Mr Krishna)that,why & how Airtel can can deduct money without taking willingness from the customer ?
meanwhile I got sms to launche the complaint thr.sms.
I sent the sms.
Even after 48 hrs I did not get reply.
I again contected yr Customer Care wing...

Charge for Disconnected Number

Hi,
In the Jan of 2007 I moved to Kolkata from Delhi. I brought along my Delhi Airtel No. on roaming and after getting a local AIRTEL No. I asked for my Delhi No to be disconnected. After a few months AIRTEL called saying I had some money due. I paid. Now a year later they say I still have some money due. This is nothing short of corporate extortion....

debit of 1 rupee every day

I have a airtel 1 year valid connection.For the first few months i was not deducted 1 rupee every day and i had a 100 free Sms every month.but for the last two months airtel has started deducting 1 rupee/day saying that i have chosen the tariff.but i didnt chose an tariffs upto my knowledge
i dont know what is airtel trying to do...
