my no is [protected] which is a pospaid cug plan (175) but last six months ago it was an prepaid connection, i have convert this no into postpaid on28.01.2010, at that time the agency(Bhowmik Traders, 77/2 Banamalipur, AA Road, Agartala, ) takes Rs.500/-as security deposit, As per them copany will adjust this bill after three months but after single months not a single money adjusted on my bill, last few days ago i have make a call to customer care regarding that security deposit but as per them i have no security deposit.This matter i have taken in knowledge of Bhowmik Traders in several times but they ignoring me several time.I have also money receipt.so.plz.take action ASAp.and try to Adjust my bill...
