I ONCE AGAIN AGREE TO PAY LAST MONTH OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF RS. 902.26 BUT I AM NOT GOING TO PAY RS. 26722/- AS I AM CONFIDENT THAT I HAVEN'T USED THAT AMOUNT FACILITY FROM MY SIDE AND AM READY TO FIGHT FOR IT ANY WHERE AND IN ANY COURT.

stating that my unbilled amount is 15K change on receipt of the same i have
called customer care and informed abt the ABNORMAL billed amount as my credit
limit is only 3700 how can i cross this limit and i have NOT USED ANY SERVICES
LIKE ROAMING, SMS, BLACK BERRY SERVICE how come my bill is so much. I was told
by the executive that this might be some technical fault and the same will be
rectified.
Again on 17/08/2010 i got a unbilled sms alert stating the my unbilled amount

16 K change when i tried to contact your Airtel, Ameerpet, Hyderabad Office
they
where not able to give any reply and I also tried to get my complaint by
Begumpet, Hyderabad office and they were also not able to solve the problem.
After continuous calling to Customer Care No.I was told that nothing can be
done
till bill is generated and I got a call from [protected] asking to continue my
black berry service which i had immediately stopped the executive was forcing
me
to continue with the service I dont know why he was forcing me so once again i
called customer care to check wheather the number is of airtel and i was told
that the number is free no. and not a airtel no.
Last i got a sms stating that "your total usage of Rs. 1552 exceeds your credit
limit of Rs. 3700. Kindly make a payment for Rs. 14400 in the next 6 hours to
enjoy continue services. I am sorry to say that IS IT A JOKE to do this as
havent used any services and why should i pay soooooo much of amount.
I am not going to pay any amount and if my problem is not solved immediately
and
if my services are stopped i am going to file a case with Customer Care and
also
do negative marketing to AIRTEL stating that they are Thiefs and they Cheat the
innocent Customers.
I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST TO KINDLY LOOKING INTO THE MATTER ON PRIORITY AND SOLVE
THE
PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.
