for the telephone number:[protected], the bill was not receuved and i went to your Airtel pay office on two days to check the bill amount to pay, but your computer system was not working.
i tried 121, it was not operational and got a message that it is being upgraded and so i can not get the amount to be paid.
Now tell me without knowing the amount, how do i pay?
Later I went and paid in Airtel pay office, by that time pay by date expired.
Now I have received a bill with Rs.50 as late fee.
This is not fair, for the fault of company I am being penalized.
Therefore, i request that the late fee of Rs.50 may be waived and revised bill may be sent.

I am having Airtel broadband cum Telephone no.[protected], my wife has a landline telephone no.[protected] and my son too has a Broadband cum telephone no.[protected] installed at our residence, 83 Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi-34.All these connections are being re-imbursed from our respective offices.Therefore, hard copies of the bill is required.Inspite of the fact that repeated request for hard copy of the bill have been made and the bills were received in hard copies, I had received a message on 16.08.2010 that the paper bill of my fixed line will be changed to e-bill .I lodged a complaint with customer care on telephone no. 121 on16.08.2010 against e-bill and that all the above bills be sent in hard copies required for reimbursement.The complaint no. for telephone no.[protected] is 36499654 and for telephone no.[protected] is 36499588.The complaint for the telephone no.[protected], I was told that would be sent on my son's mobile no. but was not sent. I once again through this request you to please note that the bills for the above said telephone nos. be sent in hard copies otherwise we will have no other option to get all this disconnected.we have been receiving bills in hard copies in the past and we want this to continue.
