I have purchased the nokia N 95 8 GB Handset but this Handset is working on only one month than this phone crate some problem than I send it nokia care he ask pls droop your set in nokia care for two three days I call after one week she says your phone not repair pls Wait the one two days I accepted than after 15 days they call me end says your phone is ok I m collect the phone the phone was working only one month they are crate same problem than send the phone again the same nokia care they ask sir pls droop your phone in nokia care for 15 days than will call back u after 15 days they call me sir your phone is ok than I m picked the phone but the phone is not working in two three days than ask the nokia care she ask me sir your handset send it to Bangalore for one month than I call the customer care but they ask me pls send the u phone in nokia Bangalore than I committed after 24 for48 hrs but not call me nokia care after one week than I call again the customer care they ask me after 12 days u collect the phone than I collect the phone than the phone was not working one days they ask me again send the Bangalore I m very big mistake buy this phone end I also send the mail but only one line in reply mail thank you for mail to nokia sorry for u inconveniences end my executive call u with in 24 for hrs end resolved your problem but nobody call me

AirTel — problem with the Outgoing calls

I bought new mobile on 1st July and with that took the prepaid service of Airtel. But for the last two days I am unable to call but incoming is working properly. I am calling Airtel customer care but they are not responding. Airtel is number one service provider in India but no good after sales service. Kind request to do start my outgoing.

Airtel — No outgoing or incoming for lifetime recharge holder

I have been using my airtel mobile number[protected] since the last five years, and have gone for a lifetime recharge 3 years ago, but from October 2, 2008, am unable to receive calls or call anyone. The reason is that, my sim is temporarily out of service as it has expired on October 2. How can Lifetime recharge holder have his activation terminated just like that without any intimation? I request that my services be activated immediately, without any further loss of time.

I am Chalamayya([protected]) using the prepaid service of Airtel. But for the last 4 months every month balance of rs.30 will be reduced from balance. And i will be receiving an sms stating that 'HINDU SMART ALERTS' renewed. Even after several complaints made to the customer care executives this was not solved and still continuing to deduct amount like this.
Today I inquired with Airtel Cusomer Care and they confirm that there was no alert service active on your mobile.
Please look into this issue and I request you to do the needful

Airtel Prepaid — MMS

I am not able to send and receive MMS instead of having all the settings and my mobile if fully compatible for internet.

Now i have received MMS messages but even on visiting website i am not able to access it.

Your company collect customer how?
(1) customer want to prepaid card?
(2) Do you give sim card without document?
(3) Do You give sim cart duplicate document?
(4) One person how many maximum sim card?

I am very near to your tower (20 feet near) at AWARPUR, UltraTech Cement Limited, Dist.Chandrapur, Maharashtra.
Airtel Signal is not constant due to swith off the tower supply by the land owner. By enquiring they said no rent received since more than 6 months. Please look into this and provide us best service. By dropping signal we have suffering a lot.

Airtel — alert service of 58888

mere number pe alert service 58888 ki apne aap activate ho gai h
aur daily renew ho jati h
subscription charges ke naam pe daily one rupee ka balance kat jata h
aisa kahi dino se ho rha h
plz deactivate this service from my number [protected]
nd never renew it

Airtel prepaid mobile service — No outgoing allowed after recharging of prepaid service.

In India, Airtel has become worse service provider in mobile connection. I have converted my mobile service from post paid to prepaid service and the mobile was charged with Rs.298/- life time plus Rs.111/- call service recharge and Rs.59/- power recharge. Two days have been passed but the outgoing connection has not been restored yet and the balance amout is Rs. 104/- from Rs.111/-. Please help me.
