[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Call list of prepaid no

Dear Sir,

I want full incoming and outgoing detail of my airtel prepaid no. [protected] from the date i purchased it (mid April till date . I shall be very thankful to you. It is very urgent . Please help

Airtel Prepaid — unnecessary blockage of SIM

SIR/MADAM,
with due respect, i wanted to state a complaint against airtel customer care, raipur, Chhattisgarh . i bought an airtel SIM on july/august 2008 from The Mobile Store in guru ghasi das plaza, raipur with life time validity and at the same time i submitted my driving license as an id and address proof as electricity bill. my SIM got activated on the same day with no. [protected] and
sim card no.[protected] there was no problem uptil one month . in second week of september there was a message on my mobile that my address verification proof is not available therefore submit it otherwise the connection would be blocked.therefore i again submitted my address proof the next day but on 17 october 2008 i found SIM blocked, there was no incoming and no outgoing.

so, kindly please get my SIM activated(mobile no. [protected]). i am in lot of trouble as my many important works i am unable to do.

Dear Sir,
I am Suresh using Airtel prepaid sim numbered [protected]. This sim card is on my fathers name Mr Harihar Prasad Tiwari. This mobile was stolen on 5th Oct 2008. When i tried to call this number it was showing busy for some time and then switch off. I have lodged a FIR for this matter. I went to Airtel office to get the call list for atleast one day so that I can be able to find the thief. But the staff of airtel office didnt help me.I did show him the FIR copy but he denied to help he out. I had purchased the sim from Rayagada, Orissa. I went to Airtel office of Beherampur and also in Bhubaneshwar but in vain, i didnt get any help. I am ready to mail all the required documents for this purpose. But please get me call list of atleast a day or suggest me some way to get it at earliest.

You could have noted that my last mail was sent almost after waiting for 23 days[ & not just for 4 days] to know about the status of my payment. So your informing about 4 working days – have no relevance.
However, you are better compared to Airtel as they have not even responded to me for the same mail which I am reproducing below & had sent to both of you.

Dear Sirs,

This letter is addressed both to HDFC & Airtel officials - who so ever are concerned with customer satisfaction & interested in blocking loopholes of net banking.

I am holding two mobile phone numbers of which for [protected], on 27/09/2008 I had paid Rs.503.38 vide net banking from my HDFC bank account, Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali, Mumbai 400067.

This amount is already debited since then but till now, I have not got the credit from Airtel, for the same.

This number was earlier was post paid but was converted in to prepaid for over last 4 to 5 months & I used to recharge by paying cash. Only in last month, I paid by net banking & the amount is not credited.
Fortunately on the same day, I also had paid the same amount for my post paid number [[protected]], which got credited.

While first checking with Airtel call assistants, they ask me to prove that I have paid to them & perhaps the debit entry in my bank account is not good enough for them to justify that Airtel has got the credit for the same !

However, the question is, when will I get credit from Airtel for the money I paid [Rs.503.38] for amount paid for my number [protected] ?
If I am not getting credit, by now money paid vide net banking should have been credited back in my account.
My HDFC bank phone banking officers are telling me to check with Airtel call centre persons & Airtel call centre assistants are asking me to just check with HDFC phone banking officials.

Airtel Prepaid — lifetime prepaid sim card

i bought simcards which was meant for lifetime prepaid and i paid all the money to keep the simcard for me forever. after when i didnt use the simcard for reasons for more than two months it was alloted to another one and he is still using it

Airtel Prepaid — customer care fake calls

i a using airtel prepaid card . it was initially frendz card . i onverted it to campus card . but the call rates charged were still different. i complained to customer care. the call came from cust. care no. [protected]. i want to verify if the no([protected]) is of customer care .or some budy is giving fake calls.

How Can i know the incoming and outgoing calls list of my Airtel prepaid account number.

i agree Airtel does such things !...very common with it !...
they HAd activated my Airtel Chat service even wen i did not activate it !
