Airtel Prepaid — REGARDING FAILURE OF SMS RECHARGE COUPON

my airtel mobile no is [protected]...
Recharge SMS coupons are not becoming successful on my number...
and even customer care executives are not attending us properly...
this problem is coming from many days...
i ve first made complint on 3-oct-2008 and complaint no is [protected]...
they made us to wait for 48 hrs...but no action was being taken...
nxt complaint was on 5 oct 2008.. n complaint no. was not given to me even on asking them...
agn no action...
nxt complaint was on 8 oct 2008 n complaint no was [protected]...
and also customer care executives disconnect our call without giving us proper information...
pls look into this matter urgently...

maine 3.10.2008 ko itzcash card se mobile no.[protected] mai 120/- ka topup kiya tha jiska order no. mobr[protected], t.id no.pmgw[protected], recharge id no.[protected] hai. abhi tak iska balence mere mobile par nahi aaya hai.ye mobile bhilai (chhattishgarh) ka hai . kripya karke ye balence mere mobile par dalne ka kast kare.nahito ise itz cash card mai vapas kare.

My name is payal bhatiya .form last 4 year i m using billing connection. now day i have convert in my prepaid connection.form sep month i have change my prepaid sim .
i dont want closed this number.know day i am facing lost of problem. and call center also not responding my call, i m not getting network in my fone some time its showing updating sim or no sim, form 2day i fone was switch off, and my business also suffring for this. know day they telling ur sim was damage, but i have taken on sep .with in one month how sim will damage.kindly do the needful or i have to chang the mobile compay . my number is [protected]. i[censored] can give me better service then kindly sugest me gud postpaid sceme .bcos call center r not responding.

In my prepaid airtel account amount is debited irrespective to the talked time i e amount of 2 minutes is debited from my account for the 58 seconds call

Hello sir..
This is to bring in ur kind notice, my grievience regarding AIRTEL connection.I m using this connection from the last 1 year..the first time i bought the prepaid no. card, , i submitted all the details required, but later in may mid they msgd me saying that i need to re-submit my documents wid a passport size photograph..(they didnt called me )i submitted all the documents at the only airtel center which is situated not near to my residing location..still, they didnt re-opened my account for atleast a week.Then i talked to the costumer care center for a lot of times..then finally after 1 and a half week my connection ws activated(incoming and outgoing both close)..
but today on 13 october, i am facing the same problem..i got a message 2 dayz ago..by airtel that due to some problm they were not able to verify my no. so i need to again send verification details.I M FED UP NOW.I M HAVING GREAT REGRET TO TAKING THIS AIRTEL CONNECTION.being a student i have distributed my no. in many important fields, bt right now neither my cell's incoming nor outgoing is working.
not only this...but i m not even allowed to talk to costumer care center.whenever i call on any of there no. i gt automatic calling reply satying that my verification is not done!
if my verification is not done then what they did in the whole may???
This is reallly hurting me a lot .

I have subscribed for the downloading ringtones on monthly basia but i dont need them, i request to stop the services of ringtone wdoownoad, though i have tried contacting the customer care it has not happenned, pls do the needful
