MY mobile no is [protected]. i have been using your network past 6 yrs and my call rates are for Airtel1ps for 1sec, 1.2ps for other network.but now i received a sms from your service 1.2ps for airtel 1.5ps for other network, i am not understand why you are increase my call rates, which i compare to other network they are charging 30ps-50ps for local & std and one more thing you are not often giving full talk time offers, if you can reduce my call rates then i will stay in same network otherwise i will shift to other service...

Airtel Prepaid — unwanted subscriptions without owners knowledge
An unsubscribed service is been activated on my airtel number without me subscribing for it and there is deduction in my balance of Re. 1 everyday since that service is been activated. I request you to deactivate that service from my number which is the reason for the deduction in my account. This is my airtel prepaid no. [protected]. Expecting for your action to be taken by today. I am using Airtel no. [protected] and getting lot o[censored]nknown calls so please send me call list of all incoming and outgoing calls via email my e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com,
my air tel sim has submitted the verification report since two month back but it has been blocked out going call.. pls it has been a torture for me to go again and again for going to airtel office so kindly activate for outgoing call. my mobile no is [protected]

I am Vilaksh Bansal. i called airtel customer complaint centre on 198 lot of times. they deducted 45 for hello tunes and also deducted 10 rs for dance subscription but i didnot make any request for all services. i called them and then said yes they will refund me all money back in 4 hrs. but now i am calling to same number 198 . it does not give me permission to call to any customer executive .

Airtel Prepaid — Deduction from main balance
I activated airtel live i my phone..i have done net offer also..But balance is getting deducted .About 40 rs got deducted today morning itself..And also i am unable to talk to customer care executive....If call is connected to the executive means they will not give proper answers..Last month i received a call about some asin event..some customer care calls..I attended the call without pressing any key i just cut the call.Bt after that i got a message like rs 15 is deducted for asin event..I tried many times to call to customer care.but i was unable to talk to customer care executive..The call got disconnected after making me wait for a long time..I am not satisfied with this customer care and also i want to know y they are making this much problems to their customers.My airtel no. is [protected] Dear Sir,
Please check the number [protected], i have recharged for one year validity and everyday first call charge is 1 rupees. but now daily 2 rupees is deducting from balance, even if i make first call for the day is also charging 1 rupees. so please look into these issue, and even Customer care is also not responding properly..

Airtel — DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACC UNNECESSARILY
SINCE A MONTH AIRTEL IS DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY SAID BY MISTAKE THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN ACTIVATED. THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY. EVERYTIME I GET MY PHONE RECHARGED THEY DEDUCT MY MONEY FOR SERVICES. TILL NOW I HAVE HAD A LOSS OFF MORE THAN Rs600. AIRTEL IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER. WORST SERVICE. HIGHEST CHARGES. AIRTEL HAS NOW BECOME A BAD SERVICE PROVIDER.
VODAFONE IS THE BEST. THE CHARGE LESS AND GET YOU BEST SERVICES BUT AIRTEL IS OPPOSITE.

Airtel Prepaid — Unfair Balance Deduction
Days ago... I opted for a daily gprs pack.According to which, i'm supposed to get 50mb in my account ([protected] ) valid for 1 day.
I got a confirmation sms...that my pack has been activated...but still
around 120 Rs were deducted from my account for using gprs.
I even contacted the customer care...but they said that I used
"AIRTEL LIVE" instead of "MOBILE OFFICE"
But I'm sure that I used "MOBILE OFFICE"
So Please provide any help possible..
