I order dress for my kid, worth of Rs.575 in Babyoye.com. They gave offer for that product because of that i purchased the product. Once i made the payment receipt came to my mail they deduct money from my account. But they didnt take the order. I was waiting for the product for delivery. Even after ten days they didn't sent the product. Then i sent mail to [protected]@babyoye.com, they replied that product is out of stock. Regarding the payment they would give voucher for the same amount, we could use to purchase of some other product or they could credit back the amount with in 7 days. I choose to credit back my money, but even after one month they didn't credit back my money. What kind of cheating business they are doing in name of offer? They take our money in name of offer. If product is not received they will give option of voucher or credit back our money, finally they will not even credit back our money. Please don't go to Babyoye.com to purchase. we need to blacklist that website. I have mailed and contacted babyoye customer care many times to inform about the shipping address mistake. When called them and told track item in your website shows " Item is in transit to calcutta" where as it should be delivered to Bangalore, then the customer care representative told me that "No sir, you are wrong, you have wrong information, I am checking here Item is in Bangalore and it will be delivered tomorrow. Today when I called to ask why the item has not been delivered, customer care guy is telling "sorry sir the item is by mistake shipped to Calcutta" .. Now the guy is saying 24-48 hrs for him to get an update and then he will let me know it seems. this post is to let all of you know that never purchase anything from babyoye.com, you never know they might send ship your items to somwhere else or you may never get your item.

I have order 2 kids dress paid the amount through net banking.Even after 7 days of waiting they are not responding to my emails nor my phone callls...This is very pathetic and disgusting.I wont ever buy anything from babyoye now onwards.The customer care support is very waek..no support...i have wasted my money here in babyoye.Mr,Satis Vemul(BabyOye) kindly open your eyes if you want to run your online shop.Very disgusting guys.
Please people of india never buy anything from here..They will take ur money and wont respond.

I ordered a baby product 'FunSkool walk and drive truck' from Baby oye website on 4 th of April 2013.
The product was came in a bad shape and I called the baby oye team within couple of days for return of product and crediting me back with the money.

Since then I have called team almost 3-4 times and no action has been taken neither to collect the product nor crediting me back with my money. Every time I call they promise me that product will be picked and money returned but has not happened till date.

Please help me.

I placed a order with them and the product didn't fit for me. So I returned the product immediately after checking with their customer care team over phone. They said that the I will get a cash voucher mail and it can be used for purchasing another product. But I'm waiting for morethan a 3 weeks to get the cash voucher mail.

Guys,

Stay away from babyoye.com, they are cheaters. Their affiliation program is totally 100% fraud. They cheat with affiliates.

I affiliates with them and start publishing their ads to my blogs and websites. I used to send ads in my emails also in signature. Because of my ad campaign they received an orders. They promise to release a payment after earn 2000 Rs. After I earn 2800 they release my payments.

But, for second time when I earned 3500 Rs, they blamed me and orders which put from my ad campaign. They said, we receive less order from your campaign and they reduce 4-6 orders from my earnings.

After that, I said please release the payment after cut those orders. They said, payment will release after one month. I waited for one month. then I have start to contacting to release my payments. But they are not replied of my mail. Now, it's almost 1.5 months passed and now they say we will not make any payment to you.

In addition, we found that you were placing all orders between Rs. 250-300 to earn commission of Rs. 250 paid by us on valid transactions.

I have booked three items from your site bearing booking number[protected] on 21 June 2012. Your website does not provide shipping details so far. I contacted your customer care they provide pod number of above consignment. i will check pod respective courier company , the above items reached their office on 25th July . They not delivery items so far. Anyway your service is very bad as well as your courier ( overnite express & quantium) partner also.

I have already sent more mail about this compliant; unfortunately your office did not respond all this mail.

In this circumstance; I constrained to cancel our order and request you to please refund amount as earliest.

I have purchased from several sites but never seen this to be happened before. Next time, I will think several times before buying any baby product from them. I won’t bother unwanted delay.

Babyoye.com = Pathetic shopping experience

1st their payment gateway is total crap - orders do not go through - and your vouchers purchased get stuck in their order... then they do not bother to reply to your emails.

Then they will call you and apologize and ask you to convert your order to Cash on Delivery order... and when you give a go - ahead... they will get back - some items are not available...

When you send a reminder email - again they do not bother to care...

I recommend - do not ever place a order with this crappy site... look for alternatives like firstcry.com and hushbabies.com - a much much better experience for you.

Please never buy from this stupid website Babyoye.com. They are the most scrupulous people on earth cheating genuine online buyers. Specifically, do not buy any product that are toys for babies. I ordered a musical toy for my 6 month old and when i check the volume of the toy in a offline store it was very high. I'm told that their faulty product shipped is good as claiming for the 6 month old ears. i say. Why don't they god damn check in an offline store.

NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM BABYOYE.COM AND ESPECIALLY THEIR REPLACMENT / REFUND POLICY IS A ABSOLUTE FROM.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY TOYS FROM THIS ONLINE STORE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC.

Baby oye.com — order not delivered

Order was not delivered. Its been 12 days now and no progress. The payment was already done for the order and confirmation was made to ship the goods in 3 days. Many follow ups done on the toll no but even after putting the order on urgent, till date package is not delivered. Pathetic experience.

I had purchased for a particular pram and got a different one instead. When i contacted the customer care they mentioned that the pram of that Company doesn't come in that color and asked to send pictures. I sent pictures and spoke to the manager who apologized and said would get back to me but never got back to me and i had to follow-up each time to get updates. After that i sent an email as well as called the manager but no one seems to take my calls nor answer my queries. A pathetic shopping experience. I'm very disappointed as i did not get my product delivered when i needed it.

Yes, even I had pathetic experience with babyoye. They are not even bothering to pick the calls made to the call centre. To me babyoye is taking customers for a ride. They had free gift offer, and I was not given the gift saying it is out of stock !! Look at the reply given by them below... it is my last order with babyoye.

I definitely say hushbabies / firstcry provides much better user shopping experience.

I have returned through same courier within a week because of short size. now company persons says that we haven't recieved your courier and courier services confirm that courier were already recieved by company. now they are no. giving any answer

their toll free number always busy

tracking order through their web www.babyoye.com is a waste of time... they will keep the parcel in bangalore or mumbai hubs for more than 5-7 days.

dont waste ur time with babyoye

Exchange policy is not good as you have to send back the product, they will not collect it freely, if they collect they will charge 5% of the product amount. Also they do not know how many days it will take to collect the product and exchange.

And their refund policy, you do not when to get back your money.

In-fact it is more worse and time consuming than shopping from a store near you, as their online service is not up to the standard and scrap policy.

Customer service will not reply your mail and if you call them they will give an apology. That's it.

Overall this website is not recommended for ONLINE shopping as you have to go through the pain in case something goes wrong.

Even i have been cheated..its has been 3 weeks that they have not delivered my order...there is no tracking on their app...nobody picks uo the phone at their customer service number...babyoye.com is the biggest cheat site i must say.. i am filing a case in consumer court against them
