i am rajkumar sharma account holder of bank of Baroda last two and half year . i want to use the INTERNET banking . in the bank the employ of the bank are so busy that they ignore us and neglect us . I had given the application to start the INTERNET banking but no still i am waiting to user name and password before six months,
give me suggestion

Dear Sir,
I am Upendra Kumar Srivastava, have my salary account in TILAK NAGAR BRANCH KANPUR U.P. Ac.No.[protected]. I have applied for ATM card in month of november'08 when ever be i visited the branch, i was told by the dealing clerk that your ATM card not received from Head Office, you will be informed through post and after Four month when the bank did not send me any information again i have asked to the clerk, firstly he is not ready to show me the register and talked me in very insulting manner. Then i was told that your ATM card is BLOCKED without infomining me to collect. make a fresh application . this is very disgusting i have applied again but till now i did not get the same as about ONE YEAR has passed.
Please could you tell me, why they were blocked my ATM CARD without infomining me to collect.
I am not happy with the behaviour of Mr. Verma who deals ATM CARDS.
Please take the necessary action as soon.

Bank of punjab,Two wheeler loan — Can i open new acc or operate old

Dear Sir,
I m a defaulter of Bank of punjab,two wheeler loan.Due to that can this make a problem for me in opening new salary account.Can i operate my old bank account which is in another bank,or there can be any problem.And also tell me what i can do to clear my loan account without appearing in court.

My account no. is [protected].I have submitted Rs 34628 cheque in star paper mill saharanpur branch on 27/11/2009. Details of cheque is as follows :-

Cheque no. AE 359714 payable at state bank of patiala yamunanagar.Cheque is issued by yamunanagar main postoffice dated 9/9/09

Star paper mill saharanpur send cheque to yamunanagar fountain chowk branch. At yamunanagar branch Mrs Raj bala received the courier on 5/12/09. upto 23/12/2009 she is not able to found the lost cheque i.e she does not bother about customer complaint. Star paper mill branch is so slow that they pursue the case only when I reach the branch after that they forget every thing. Please look into the matter and solve the issue immediately. Iam not in the condition to wait too much as i badly need money.

My self Bimal Ranjan Dash, from barbil, dist-keonjhar (orissa), presently i am working with Trishul Tread (P) Ltd.A/C[protected].last four years all my salary are come through ur local bank, barbil.before a few days i have gone ur local office to purchase a two wheeler though ur loan.i agreed to give down payment 30% but branch manager Mr. Mohapatra cut of it.and same an other two wheeler loan saction our another emply. i dont know what is he fact.
lastly i have gone HDFC then i take my bike.plz suggest me if my acc.is in baroda all my salary are comes every month why i take bike other bank ? why i have not take any facilities.plz suggest me kindly.

Taranagar Distt. Churu Rajasthan account holder of your bank my O/D account no. [protected] my annual turn over is Rs. 400 to 500 lacs in your bank. Yesterday on 30.12.09 I have submitted a cheque no. 513641 Rs. 1, 24160 for RTGS in your Taranagar Ditt. Churu branch present at 11.00 am but UTR number is not give at 11.30am ask my representative to your bank employee Mr. Man Mohan Singh to come at 3.00pm. Again I have contacted on phone to Mr. Man Mohan Singh and he again ask me to contact after some time. My representative contacted after 3.00 PM then again Mr. Singh told him come after 5.00 PM for UTR NUMBER. Looking to the above fact it is regretted to inform you that Your Taranagar branch service is very poor and not satisctory and also not as per your reputed bank and Mr. Singh behaviour is not good so kindly take action against employee immediately .

Dear Sir

I, Abhisek Agarwal, Saving Account Number – 20009312, Chakulia Branch at Purbi Singhbhum, Jharkhand – 832301 and I am the customer of your branch since last five years. I visited your branch at 23rd January, 2010 and met Mr. Y.P. Roy to know about a cheque under clearing in my account for last 40 days. Mr. Y.P. Roy misbehaved with me and used abuse languages. At last I went to the manager but he was not there and information about your branch phone numbers in your board for Jameshedpur office and Patna office were wrong. Phone number given for above mentioned offices are[protected] / 2431297,[protected] / 2273691.

I am very sorry to say that when ever I go to your bank I see that you all misbehave with the customers. Today this has happened with so I am complaining you. I am very upset with this behaviour.

Its up to you what action you will take towards this.

i have alrady open my sons ppf account at sardar patel colony branch .i credited cheque 3rd april ( corporation bk)4th 5th april was holiday.my question is can i get interest in month of april or not.
ppf rules is(only local cheques are accepted for deposit and the date of presentation of local cheque and dd is treated as date of deposit in the account)/.
this rules knowledge of your branch, please do the needfull.

I have also same exprience with the bank i when reached to the bank to open anew Joint account with my son and wife which is located below my office Vasana road, Baroda and produced the proof for my son who is of just 18.
I produced the identity proof of local authority of Bhaili Gram Panchayat and also the proof of Higher Seccondary Examination Board`s Entry Card, Which is being used to Entry the exam. Which Highly authentic Proof . But still they insist to have Driving Licence Card. What a pity, that one bank, Bank of India is opening a account of student at their bank, approching their class to make banking habit with the bank and other Bank is just throwing away the future asspirat account hoder. It`s nothing but a rude behaviour.
Further they are guiding us that why are you not opening account at Bhaili?. They have taken all right of denying evidence, guiding the people to where to open account e.t.c. Perhaps they may also take a right to run the house also.
Now what will happen when this complined is and act, the senior officer would confirm that this document is valid, the officer would act upon the the advice and he would feel safe that i have no risk of opening of the account on this base. This is the approach of the Bank. But what would be the compensation to the person who has taken the pain to write this letter and utilised his time to opening account
Should the that staff be transfered ? should that should be scolded ? what` the punishment you have?

poor service..please change your attitude...half an hour .. i had waited outside the bank after paying cash...to recieve the acknowledgement
Today i gone to bank of baroda, branch-BASSI, Jaipur, Raj, for open a new current account
All the person are behave very Rudly. And told me then after 3 pm we are dont work any bank. you will come tomorrow
Here something last 6 month before open this branch then now this type behave what i tell you

savings account — Neglection at work, bank closes much before official timings

After 2 days of Bank Holiday in weekdays when bank opened today on Saturday, they closed bank at 11:50 AM IST while official timing for this branck is 12:00 PM (much before other branches of BOB; isn't there any std time of bank or this branch is special)
At the door when i requested it being really urgent; security was highly rude(may be just doing his work).

Trusting this bank is nothing but then customer's mistake, are customers provided free service or something.

I am an SB account holder in bank of baroda for nearly 4 years. Now i need
cheque book for my transactions. So i went to the
bank and asked for cheque book request form. The manager asked about
the purpose as i told about buying a new twowheeler and for paying due
amounts i want cheque book. But he is not accepted my reason instead
of that he offering me a twowheeler loan. I refused to accept the loan
because of high interest and returned home. So in this way they are forcing customers to take loan and not willing to provide cheque
books.
