sir.
i am rajkumar sharma account holder of bank of Baroda last two and half year . i want to use the INTERNET banking . in the bank the employ of the bank are so busy that they ignore us and neglect us . I had given the application to start the INTERNET banking but no still i am waiting to user name and password before six months,
give me suggestion

My self Chauhan Ashmika Roll No: [protected] And My Sister Sheetal solanki Roll No:[protected]both are apper for clerk exam which is on 06.06.2010 and we had selected AHEMEDABAD as exam center and we got our hall ticket but our exam center is JAMNAGAR provided by you. We are residing at VADODARA so, it is humble request to you please be helpful in this matter and change our exam centre from JAMNAGAR to VADODARA OR AHEMEDABAD as far as possible.

Bank of Baroda — SB account cannot be opened with Bank of Baroda

I Kaushik Chakraborty had gone to BANK OF BARODA at 11:00 AM to open savings account, in BARANAGAR BRANCH, KOLKATA-700036, WEST BENGAL.
The person who is responsible to open the saving bank account was so RUDE to me that he was not listening to me rather he asked me to come next week.How can a office going person can come everyday according to his time!!
This is for the second time he harassed me. Earlier on 18/6/2010 I had gone to that branch on that time he told me that right now this is not possible to open saving bank account so come down next week.
My Questions is that, Is there any specific date& time to open saving bank account?? Or the bank authority has stop to open new saving bank account?? if yes then why should he be so rude with the customers, like me. Is it new policy to behave with the customer?? He doesn’t have the time to listen customer's query!! And I also never expect to get this type of behavior from a person who deals in the service industry.
these bank people think themselves to bank owners!!

Dear Sir,

I am a account holder in your bank of saving account # [protected] in Shahnajaf road branch lucknow.I tried withdrawing an amount of Rs.1000.00 on Oct 4th 2010 from the ATM located at the Shahnajaf road branch .The money did not come out from the machine but the amount got debited to my account.Along with this wrongly debited amount, one more withdrawal is shown of Rs. 1000 from Bank of Maharastra which is correct as I withdrew the money from here after I could not do it from the Shahnajaf road branch of Bank of Baroda.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and make the required adjustments.

Respected Sir,
I am having an a/c no. [protected] Bank of Baroda from 2000 onwards. My base branch is in KHETRI. I am living in Delhi it is 200 & more kilometers far away. Today I went to District Centre janakpuri Branch to transfer some cheque to another a/c they are telling me I have to go to my base branch to make transfers. I am working here in Delhi and it is not easy for me to go to the base branch for making each and every transactions. I don’t know what to do.?
So. Sir, please be kind enough to help me to find a solutions for making my transactions without going to the base branch.

i live in siliguri..i went to the bank of baroda bank in siliguri which code no is 0780 siliguri hillcurt road branch..one of employee of the bank threated me & misbehavedd wid me...i m a girl...i want to complain against it..sir plz do some thimg..i dont know the name pf the employee but he told that he is the IT officer of the branch i dont know wheather the statement is true or false...but as a girl i realy need ur help ..so plzzz do some step against him...many customer have complain against the person... he is looks dark complection tall have moustach... he is continiously haraz all the ladies customer

I m Bhavesh Rathod From Dahod Dist. I am not write for BOB, , , I m writting for u that nothing will be done about thish Bank and its employee...its employees will always rude and has a odd behaviour... He has mentality like custemer not our god...we have salary regulerly na baaas...Jese k Govt. job mil gai ho or khud police ho...

They always ask silly questions to new innocent custemers like-
KETLU BHANYO CHHE?
SIGN KARTA NAI AVADTU?
PAHELI VAAR AVYO CHHE?
ARAAM THI AVJE JAA.
TANE KAI SAMAJ PADE CHHE?

but he has not know power of public unity.. Wo ye q nai samajte k custemer agar first time Account open karvane gaya he to use kaha se experience hoga? to unko samjaane k lie to tumhe salary milti he...!!! i m telling to all o[censored] that i[censored] have some paln for him, then tell me and then w get a big unity and after that we will do something for them...

Dear Sir,
I have serious complain from your particular branch of Bank of Baroda . This is branch is situated in Udaipur City, Rajasthan. It is Hiran Magri Branch. I have current account in this Branch of BOB. My account number is "XXXXXXXXX267". on the name of "Chaitanya Enterprises"
I have these complains
1. After repetitively applying for ATM 3 times they didn't give me ATM. Now I am fade up.
2. Some of them don't know much about internet banking and have never used it. So they failed to give solution about net banking.
3. I asked them to register my mobile number with net banking. They told me that you are already registered but when I open net banking site they asked me to register every time. So now they are not able to register me what should I do.
4. These all are bunch of good old banking staff who are not aware of new things happening in banking industry related to net banking. But I caught up between them.
5. It seems they are lacking professionalism and commitment. I don't why they were given some awards.

So please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

sir, i have a Joaint Saving a/c at Chirawa Distt. Jhunjhunu (Raj.) Branch. I deposite a cheque in Pandesara (Surat) Branch on[protected], which is issued by Textile Market, Ring Road Surat Branch, But bank return this cheque to me by reason of "' they say that we don't accept this cheque because the debit or credit branch is not pandesara, so we can't accept this cheque. beside this all three branch Chirawa, Pandesara & ring Road Braches is ON LINE BRANCHES. I want to know that are they is Right or Wrong.

i m prateek sharma, i get a education loan from BOB Bindki branch.i hv to pay my college 3rd semester fees 1, 56, 500 ..
but manager gave me a D.D. only 1, 00, 000.he din't give me to actual semester fees ..he deny to me, to give full semester fees.I hv to pay in college. otherwise college will take late fine 1000/day.
so i kindely reuest you that branch give me rest fees D.D.

i had deposited the amount of Rs 20000 in my account from branch code-B-87, PUPRI, SITAMARHI, BIHAR. But the amount was deposited after 7 days later. pls take the action as quick as possible.
