[Resolved]  Binary Soft zone — They are fake and making the people fool.

I have never seen a company taking Money prior to join them. Definitely a fraud case. At most what happen is, companies have a bond that says."You have to pay Rs. xxx, if you leave us before yyy years". So payment is done after the violation of rule.
Also, by the above discussions, If Haathi is proud of himself and donot care about Dogs, then they should not post at all.

hii... if any company is asking for money never join this type of company ... mostly they are fake one of my friend join the REDCELL TECHNOLOGY Noida this company is also taking a amount of 50000 and it is also fake ...and it is closed in april

Ya exactly whatever given in complaints regarding bynary softzone and as well as mlm companies those who are giving bynary benefits since long back no company is sticked i am seeing since more than a decade. Our govewrnment has to take strict rules on mlm companies. Many people their hard earned money they are losing investing in sutch type of companies. Before joing in any mlm co. Think twice or thrice better not to join.

For Binary Soft:- bluddy hell, if you earn money by doing froud with anyone then you can not use this money for any good purpose or for your children growth, this money will be waste in any wrong side case...

I will wait or search for good job but I can not take risk of investing 60000 rupees where I am not sure about refund.

Rohit Jara Apne Jubaan par kabu karo. Is tarah ke word use nahi karoge. Aur Agar Binary ki Position Achche hain to itna darte kyo ho jo dusro ko gali dene ki jarurat pade. Waise sabko malum hain ki binary ki position kya hain. It is very fake company. Jis tarah ke word use kar rahe ho usse to yahi lagta hain ki binary ek chhote level ki company hain jaha par employee ko manners bhi nahi bataye jate.

even the HR of a company came for fight here...ha ha ha..now i can imagine what class he have..fighting for his company reputation ..

frndz i went their for a interview ... and u'll not believe what i saw their.. by the ways they said i got selected (which i was knowing before the interview ).. ;)
in addition to it, they said they will give no salary to me for 2 months in beginning and after it 5k for reaming 10 months of a year.. : P :P

and the most interesting fact is..

they told me to sign the bond of 45k for the duration of 2 years ... :D :D

now only god knows what the [censored] they were trying to do...

so i am not in opposition nor in favor of such a AMAZING COMPANY ..

Chill guys chill, i tell u the reality of this company as i have been a part of this company for a significant period.This company definitely ask for a financial bond which is undoubtedly weird but on the other hand i also want to tell all those guys who are not getting jobs for the time due to any reason they may take a chance and join it for some time i assure u its not even that bad, i have seen many guys who came, worked there and left to some other companies at good salaries, even m also working in a US based MNC, and people who are saying that there are no projects, clients and all.. for those losers my middle finger is always, how can u just anticipate so many things without even working there. So those who really looking to start can give it a way otherwise for a long probably no, at least from my end.Guys keep it in mind Talented log kahi bhi kuch bhi kar lete hain they dont look for such lame reasons around as they are more focused on what they want from their life..so this was for all those freshers who might be in some sort of confusion about the company now for those who are here please get lost to some where else
and do focus on your own business, ryt?u r no one to interfere in anyone'e personal life..whatever crap they do let them do be it gud or bad they r doing for themselves not for u people..i hope it would be really helpful for people who wanted to know truth...

Calm Down everyone :)

I was an ex-employee at Binary Softzone...believe me ...if ...as a fresher if you don't have any jobs opportunity in your hand (like I had)...then "you can join"... there is no harm in learning anything new...rather than sitting idle at home... the main thing is after 6 months only... you will find the difference between urself and a normal fresher.and if then you plan to restart your career after 6 months...again...joining some other organisation... you will gain confidence ...while...facing interview... if you fail in interviews ...you have nothing to gain ..but u will not loose anything...either...After all ...salary shouldn't be..the ONLY constraint for struggling fresher. (have faith and determination in urself...focus...work hard) ...Once you life is set... you will start loving Binary Softzone...as Today being a Team Lead in a MNC I do.

Pros:

There is a daily discussion/ presentation by all GET candidates on various technologies... Your presentation skill will improve and more sincere you are ...your knowledge will increase...

If you are sincere you will learn to deploy demo and live project..it totally depends on your attitude toward learning...

You will get at least a Job in ur pocket ...if your salary is delayed so what ..you are getting exposure..and building new contacts...

Cons:

Yes salary are delayed..even at my time I was frustrated.. but as I told earlier as a fresher with no job in your hand ..ur priority should be learning and not salary :)

After 6 months you will definitely start to search a job... but it is good for you ..as you will be prepared to restart you career as I did...


So after such a long post...I will say..thanks fr reading...if you have no jobs in ur hand ..then u can join... believe me even binary ppl will help you to find a job... so don't worry work hard and focus...

hey frnds plzz help me...i got the interview call from Binary Soft zone noida.and tomorrow is my interview, after reading all the above comments ...i m too confuise n puzzled..what to do weather should i go for the interview or not...? and in my interview letter they have mentioned .Selected candidates have to sign a refundable financial bond of Rs.60, 000/- for two years...so plzzzzzzz help me...bcoz last month i got the interview call from N.I.C.E companyand its interview venue was Gnext dwarka .and after selection they were saying to submit money...but after reading the comment in consumer complaint.i took the decision not to join that organisation...but now again the same situation comes in front of me...here before interview ...i am i am in trouble to go for the interview or not...so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz tell me what is the truth behind this company...

If really the binary soft zone pvt ltd is a fake or a scam company. . . I dont know why these people play with our life. . . We are fresher. . . We can understand the paiin of not getting a job. . . And after getting opportunity from these orgainsation in the starting we gets so happy. . . Then after. . Reading all such comments. . . Its really painful.
