[Resolved]  Binary Soft zone — They are fake and making the people fool.

I have no idea of company's working culture and other anything else, although i do have a great idea of resources who work at binary softzone. I had interviewed more than 10-15 peoples from that organization in last 30 days, and no body have skills what they applied for. One of them looked good ad we hired him too, although after working 5-7 days, his actual colors were displayed, and when we discussed with him about all of his past experience with the company, he told me the actuality of the company.

1. He was hired in the company by paying 45, 000/-
2. He was the guys who use to train fresher after 4 months of his own training
3. How could he train freshers with no skills with him.
4. It was really disappointing to hear all the story.

I request all job seekers of this industry to not to join an organization by paying them. You have given 3-4 years of your life to acquire skills and already have paid lots of money for those skills. And again you pay to acquire such an useless job.

Its not an ethical process to acquire jobs, yes you can work as a trainee in any company but not by paying, you should be selected by your skills.

Working as a trainee is not problem, but paying for being a trainee that too wherein a non-skilled person gives you training is almost like a crime.

So beware !!!

Binary Soft Zone is fake and making the graduates fool... they made commitment to provide job after completion of their training coast 60000Rs.

There is non techinical faculty which is not able to train the students as per industry standards.

after completion of tranining they are also not paying the commited amount.

I would like to request to do no enrol yourself there.

This Company is Not Registered at "www.mca.gov.in/" .So friends Before going to any interview i Request you to check Company name.Simply Go to Google.com and type How to check Company Name and LLP.
