[Resolved]  Binary Soft zone — They are fake and making the people fool.

Myself Doney, worked at Binary Softzone for only 1 month by the blessing of God. so i know what they have. They are making people fool and they are absolutely fake . The HR(Adithi), she is very brilliant in convincing people. I am worked with .NET team, the all the team members have maximum of .6-1 year experience do not any industrial standard and any complex query. if you at there, you can became project leader with in 1 yea(no need for any knowledge).


They are following a tricky business strategy .

1. They know no one stay there for 2 year . so they make 2 year Bond.
2. For joining u have to pay 60000/. so they got money for your 1 year salary.
3. They do not have any complex project, they have only some School management project for 2 or 3 School, all are same, by changing only School name.
4. PHP team have some web based project . but the client is the management itself. (Management have some other business, like Real Estate...)
5. There is no Web Based Project for .NET team yet now.
6. There are using pirated software.
7. All the computer have very simple configuration and it is very old. we can never run 2 or 3 functionality at a time.
8. All the employee are use less and they do not know nothing(except one or two guys).
9. They don not have any branch in any other country.




So, i request to each and every people who are searching for job, never join this Company.

I totally agree with the complaint.
They are asking for Rs.65000 as a security deposit and 2 years bond.
I have never seen any company demanding for money from the employees.
This clearly means that they are fraud.
They wasted my time as well.

@doneyseb-If you have no idea of things then u better need to zip your mouth up mr doney. If you are really that brilliant and blessed with God gifted talent of anticipating so many things at a time then you could have perceived some better experience than the your talking about here. To just clear your confusion here:
1)School management is not a project rather a product of company, now i am not sure if you really have some idea what a product is all about in terms of software or not but for your brief information a product simply means by its re-usability with which this school management product was doing fine by the time i was there, and as you are saying the school name gets changed every time and rest of things remain same-can i just ask how much you got to work over that product.. nothing i guess reason being if you had worked a little bit you never talk this crap here because functionality and GUI of product varies with the requirement of school though the base code functionality(code pattern) remains same and all these things you may get to learn once you will start working in your dream comp. and still if you really suppose that it was nothing to learn from that product then you definitely deserve some very big name name with you..do not know why microsoft, google or oracle haven't got the opportunity to approach talent like you.
2)well another new thing which i got to know is that in PHP they are developing projects for them self as per your comment client itself is the owner..well again i am not sure if you have really got a look over so many portals they run or used to run at my time, but don't you think its totally weird to run so many portals for yourself only if you have no word like clients with you.

What they do that not bother us, every body have to earn daily breads . like they do question is for Hired fresher career, career is in hell even After paying money too.They have to hire good trainers in that scenario.what do u think? please do not bother guys ...job openings are there in industry.we need not to pay any money for that to any company. in place of it. spend that money on doing any good technical courses. which will help you in your career.

Binary SoftZone is really a bogus company.There HR I guess is Aditi Mishra.She will try to convince that their Company is a very good one, but in reality its a fictitious company.Please don't join this company otherwise you gonna regret in future.

i visited the company today, its so digusting that i cant have word, they even doesnt have a good washroom, the floors are so dirty that they even dont have a cleaner, moreover they even cant afford hai NAME PLATE OF A COMPANY, lol i asked the boss outside that where is the company !!!
the staff is terrible just cant speak in eng, so disgusting ppls that i returned just after my visit.

@Shaunak Roy- Mr Shaunak i am really not sure how have you got to find staff with poor English there because you yourself need to take English classes rather getting so many lame ideas into your mind, just FYI i could find so many flaws in your statement, no offense but at least you must be good enough prior making comments.

Can anybody tell me exactly what is the result of this chat conflict about this Binary soft zone Pvt. Ltd.
Is it a fake or all the above people are wrong ?

Actually I have also get such type of mails from binary softzone.They r demanding the financial bond of 65000 for 2 years.If anyone has the perfect ideas who worked there and know the environment of the company and why leave
that company please tell me about binary softzone ...

today i got interview letter from binary softzone. i was very much excited to go. bt after
reading comments abt company. i decided to drop it.

no comments but salary ni milti

sale sab harami hai binary ke jab tak 650000 na do tab tak sahi se bolte hai...and fake comanpy of noida after 65000 deposit then says you leaved company because hire fresher and take 65000 rs after that out from comapny after 4 months...

Binary Soft Zone is fake and making the graduates fool... they made commitment to provide job after completion of their training coast 60000Rs.

There is non techinical faculty which is not able to train the students as per industry standards.

after completion of tranining they are also not paying the commited amount.

I would like to request to do no enrol yourself there.

I don't know u all are right or wrong, but the process of selecting fresher is just like it is very prestigious company, first take the test and the technical and after that hr round. In technical they were asking only the simple question in a friendly way. . . It reveals they will select u. . .
They were demanding 65000k for a bond of 2 years.

Before paying the money i just go through the company profile. . . And found a lots of comment. . . I just want to say any company who takes money in lieu of job plzzzzz don't pay money for job. . . 90% it may be a chance of fraud. . .
