All complaints are true. Many times they show fake deliver sign also.Really, BlazeFlash is the worst courier company in India. Even Indian Postal Services are better than BlazeFlash. Government should ban on BlazeFlash Immediately.

I have sent very important documents via Blazeflash on 25th October. The courier was local, booked in Delhi and sent to an address in Delhi. Today is 30th October and there's no sign of the package anywhere. They are not able to locate it manually and it does not show on their tracking system either. Have they lost it? Can I take them to consumer court for this gross negligence?
I complained to the booking agency 3 days ago and a complaint was filed at Blazeflash 2 days ago. Still they are rude and always need time "to check". Why don't they just close their company down?

My brother has couriered through Blazeflash, a packet from Delhi to Nandyal carrying Laxmi Ganesh for Puja during Diwali with clear 7 days. Even after 15 days are lapsed we have not yet received the courier. The call at Hyderbad office does not get any response.

sir,i am very disappointed and upset with their service. their customer care service is just horrible. i delivered a parcel through them, firstly they delivered it extremely late and due to this late service i suffered a loss of 7 thousand, and now for the refund of that money i need their pod(proof of delivery). for that i have contacted their customer service a million times , but they are very disrespectful and least bothered to help. i badly need your help, the case is of atmost importance to me because my money is stuck and i need to retrieve it before its too late. please help me sir.

Blazeflash Courier — Theft of Courier Parcel
I feel Blazeflash couriers are the most disgusting service I ever had. I have couriered some stuff (docket no.[protected] to Mumbai through Blazeflash , they delivered it in 10 days (in spite of companies commitment of 3 days) and top of that most of the stuff has been missing from the packet.While calling to customer care and then Kandivali (Mumbai) office they don’t have any concrete answer in this regard , even the chief of the branch are not ready to listen the request & said “ No need to call here we are not responsible for all your stuff” and cut the line.
It seems intentional involvement of office staff to misplacing the customer’s objects. I am sure it may happen with other customers as well.

This is to inform you and update you with my grievance caused by your courier service.
I had booked my parcel to be sent from Delhi to Aurangabad, Maharashtra on 31st of December 2010 from its paschim puri branch. with no.[protected] and it was promised by the person so authorised that to the max it will be delivered by tuesday.
I understand that there might be some problem and it might get delayed by a day or two but not longer than that. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and spoke to Miss Aarti there.One should thank there stars if they are able to connect to the head office and corporate office because no one picks up the phone and its very frustrating. My complaint no. is G-796 .she told me that my parcel has already reached Aurangabad and gave me the number of Mr. Rakesh there.He has no manners to talk to a lady and this man told us all lies. Firstly, he took atleast 50 calls to attend our call and den gave wrong information that we may go and collect it from there office in Nutan colony, Aurangabad, Maharasthra. and when my friend went there to collect the same, he refused saying that it is still in pune. and that we must call up pune people.
NOW WHERE ARE WE SUPPOSE TO GO, ITS NOT OUR DUTY TO CALL UP AT EVERY PLACE AND TRACK, OUR DUTY WAS DONE WHEN WE PAID THE AMOUNT TO YOU FOR DELIVERY.
This is the case of mismanagement, disgusting behaviour of your staff and to my shock you have given contacts on internet and no one attends the call from the same.
It is my request that you look into the matter, failing which i shall be constrained to resort to legal action.
