Way bill numbers [protected] send from HSBC Chennai to my Bangalore address on 27/01/2009
But I haven’t get my courier delivered. I have enquired the Blue dart thrice (29/01/2009, 30/01/2009) but they haven’t tried to delivered the courier. They have told we will get appointment and send for the delivery. But they haven’t called to my mobile also. Since it was a matter o[censored]rgency(Demand Draft) I cant wait anymore. i have lossed the hope and monday morning i was searching the consignment in the Bluedart website and came to known that it was delivered to the source(Chennai Hsbc). This is the way the blue dart is earning money from the clients.

My consignment from CITI Bank was not delivered as the delivery person came during the office hours when I was away at work. When I called up the Blue Dart customer service @ [protected] I was told that the package cannot be given to my wife as her name is Mariam Yaseen and does not match my Name Yaseen Rahman. When I gave them My complete office address for the delivery I was told that since the office address on the consignment was only half hence it does not match the complete address I was giving them (which very obviously cannot). Hence it cannot be delivered in my office.

When I asked to be put through to the Manager I was told that she is busy and does not have time to take my call so i should call up later. later I called up 8 times and every time i was put on hold for atleast 5 to 10 mins but was never connected to the manager. I was not even given the office address from where i can pick up the package my self. they completely refused to help me.

Blue Dart Customer Service is extremely unprofessional
When a call is made, no concrete information is given for any of the queries .
If there is a delay no reasons or explanations are given.
Morever most cases misleading information is given to the customer. This is nothing short of cheating.
In my case I even found out the reason for the delayed shipment, but still the blue dart customer service people refused to acknowledge the miss on their part and did not take action for more than two whole days.
The services of blue dart is very very poor. I am a banker & they have forged our Relationship manager Monesh. Monesh has relied on the verbal commitment of Bluedart people of Indore. But the actual performance of courier company was worst. They charged Monesh Rs. 1380 but the courier was not reached at destination on time . so his claim of courier charges was rejected by accounts people & branch has bear the same. we lost a business of 75 lacs due to nuisence of Bluedart. The world worst courier company.

    This is 7th day of my complaint. Called blue dart regarding the status and the reply was as usual we will update you today evening. And no one would bother to call me back. I am supposed to receive a shipment from ICICI Home Finance and on 9th I received a message from ICICI that the document was sent via blue dart. To my horror when i enquire the status of the shipment i found that my consignment was delivered (as per Blue dart site AWB#[protected]). When i raised a complaint, initial investigation found out that it was delivered to some company in electronics city, where i have never worked and no where releated to myself. I wounder what can be done to get my consignment recovered and redelivered ??

    Our One Packet was sent from HINDUSTAN Media Ventures Limited Delhi to Bareilly HMVL vide AWB NO.[protected] on 20/07/2010. Today is 22nd July 2010 and till 3:40 PM it has not been delivered to us. When we asked local office Bareilly on [protected] first he told LADKA SUBAH ME NIKAL GAYA HAI SAAM TAK JAYEGA and disconnected the phone. Again I called on same number then he asked for the AWB no. and told me to call again after some time. After 10 minutes when I contacted him at around 3:30 PM then he replied it has just reached to MORADABAD and expected by evening.

    We do not expect such poor services from blue dirt courier which is taking 3 days time in delivery from Delhi to Bareilly. All other courier also takes equal time and positively delivered the packets on 3rd day @ atleast 5 times less cost than blue dirt.

    DHL AND BLUE DIRT COURIER IS KNOW FOR BEST COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER BUT If your service is so poor why should be choose you..???

    Blue Dart — Shipment not received

    This is with regards to a shipment with waybill [protected] that I was to receive from ICICI bank through Blue Dart. I have to say that the service by the representative named Ram(from Belapur branch) at this location is the worst I have ever encountered by a private courier service.

    I wasn't available last week and received 3 'missed you' slips at my residence. Following this, I tried calling the number given on the slip and found no one picking it up. I then followed up with their customer service and was told that the shipment would be delivered yesterday between 11 to 3. No one came between the mentioned times and on confirming with the customer service later, I was told that the courier person had come at my residence and found no one which is a blatant lie. There is no slip at my door and nor does the security guard at our building say that anyone from a courier service had come into the building. The exact same scenario was repeated today and now I have been told that the shipment has been returned to the origin. Needless to say, this behaviour by a company that prides itself on timely shipments is shameful. I want severe action to be taken against the mentioned employee.
    YES THAT IS VERY MUCH TRUE STATEMENT MENTIONED FOR BLUE DART
    BLUE DART - UNABLE TO DELIVER - VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR.

    AWB no : [protected] sent on 21st June from Faridabad, not delivered in Bangalore till 27th June.

    Called blue dart regarding the status and the reply is improper address, i provided the address and telephone no at 3 pm, but blue dart refused to deliver saying they do not have staff.

    To my horror when i enquire the status of the shipment i found that my consignment was picked up without having consignee's contact no and address...who on earth works like this?

    Customer service was so rude, when i requested to deliver it to my friend as he was in Yelahanka, BLUE dart asks to send the rubber stamp, how disgusting!

    Such a pathetic service, do they really understand urgency why people spend so much money to send it courier??????
    I had ordered a landline telephone instrument from Amazon. It arrived on 5th of May at Blue Dart Courier office in Roha ( i.e. destination ) But till date I haven't received my order. As I have been told by the Amazon india customer care executive that Blue dart is unable to find the address. But the fact is Blue Dart has delivered around 4 packages from Amazon on the same address in past 5 months. Then what is the problem now?

      My name is Partho Roy,
      working as an F&B Manger In Hotel Babylon Raipur.This is to bring in your notice that inspite of reminding blue dart courier about my duty timing i.e.8.00am to 14.00pm, my courier is not being deliver to me in time.This has been the case with each and every courier of mine coming through Blue Dart. When complained about the same they responded that the courier will be delivered according to their time not mine and if I have any problem I should ask my bank to stop sending my courier through blue dart.
      please, look into this matter as soon as possible.

      The consignment was came to my address on saturday i.e.09.05.09, as it was holiday the same was not recieved hence taken back.

      On monday i.e.11.05.09 the courier person not visited my address & on enquiry to your office bearing tel no:[protected], 73, 74 & 75, & they confirm that the same shall be delivered on tuesday i.e.12.05.09.

      On tuesday i.e. on 12.05.09 I astonish to receive a SMS about non deliver of consignment, where in I am at my adress & your person from[protected] confirm that your person vissited my address & not found me, it's a descripency.

      At about 5.30 PM I tried so many times to contact over above number & fail to get responce.

      As the consignmenet is urgent, may I request your attention to deliver at least by tomorrow i.e.13.05.09 without fail.

      I m very unhappy, as i come to know that after 3 days, the consignment is not delivered .
      it suppose to deliver on the next day i.e-4th Aug 09.

      I was booked a consignment in Blue Dart Courier on 3rd Aug.09 with Doc No-[protected], dt-03.08.09 at Kolkata to Cuttack . but still now it has not delivered . Also in Tracker it is showing that consignee was not present in the address, but i have talked to consignee he was present fullday in the given address .

      please delivered the material at the earliest to any one who is present in this address .
      i have also given the consignee Ph no-m-[protected] . but the courier person's have not called at once .

After getting all the paper work done from my company BLUE DART EXP LTD, DLF( gurgaon), where i worked for near about 13 months(10/01/2007 till[protected].My Employee ID in BLUE DART was 88048. I sent my provident fund clearance document on 14/04/2008. I was told that it takes about 60 days to get the money but till today it is more than 240 days and nothing has been credited to my account. No acknowledgment has been given to me either; My PF a/c no is MH 23305/16526.
        Hence I request you to look into the matter and

My SERIAL NO. is 00235408 and year is 2000. Somehow he got my 10th certificate and now he is working with BLUEDART CO. with fake documents. Original documents are mine.           Non delivery of Credit Card

          I was to get a credit card couriered about 2 weeks ago which has not been delivered yet. I keep calling there Customer Service numbers and they never respond. Nor the person on the call acknowledges that its Blue Dart unless we ask from our side.

          They give a call to know where the address is.. we give them the address but in vain keep waiting for the person to deliver but they NEVER Come..

          I hope this attitude...

          good evening !!!

          i booked my post on 3 - october - 2008 to Raipur from Bangalore Blue Dart services. They told me to deliver my Docket on 3 November to Mentioned Address at Raipur before 2:00 PM at any cost.
          but Till 5:00 PM my Post did not deliver By Blue Dart At Raipur on Mentioned Address. Mean while i Called a lot of To their Customer Care Services at Bangalore as well as Raipur Blue Dart Offices. In Raipur office Some Lady attened my call & Assured me to deliver that Post at Raipur address soon with priority. Then after 1hr. i called at Raipur Address where the Post will be delivered but they told as they Have not received so i again called to the Raipur Blue Dart Office but the Number was busy & this number had been busy for 2 hours. Some body Put off the receiver of that phone. again i called Bangalore Custmer care And talked many persons Regarding this but all told me to contact soon & told me about post delivered or not.
          but no body called me then.

          i sent my Chattisgarh PSC form by courier and 3 November is Last date to recieve the Form by 5:00 PM at Raipur G.P.O. one of my friend from mentioned address take the form & submit it to G.P.O. if it could be reach In Promised time.

          it harressed me so much & I lost my chance to attempt the exam.

          Please Take The needful Action against Blue Dart Services & let do Justice with me.

            - Shipment was sent via Bluedart on 23rd
            - Shipment has still not been delivered as of 30th
            - Shipment delay was due to Invoice not being sent by Blue dart.Shipment reached London on October 27, 2008. But could not be delivered as Invoice was found missing. This was a miss on part of blue dart. This was confirmed y calling DHL Customer Service UK
            - Multiple calls made to Customer service DHL India[protected] to send the invoice. Customer service refused to acknowledge miss on their part even though the UK customer service had clearly indicated that invoice had not been sent.
            - Finally spoke to Assistant manager customer service on 29th October and invoice was finally faxed. Assurance that shipment will be delivered latest by the next day (at the earliest)
            - 30 October - records indicate that shipment has departed from DHL Heathrow London but has still not reached recipient. Repeated calls to customer service have yielded no results nor have any reasons been given regarding the delay

            Kindly help resolve this. After charging customer exorbitant amounts bluedart has failed to deliver shipment. Further more they have not been transparent in their dealings and have tried to hide information from the customer

            Blue Dart — Wrong Information

            Hi Sir,

            This is in regards to my LCD shipment, I called up Blue Dart's customer care thrice and got a price of Rs. 2473 for sending my LCD to chennai from Delhi. But I was abacked when the executive came to me for pick up he told me some absurd figures and rates. After talking to cusomer care again, i got a price of Rs. 1700 with insurance. Now it seems they have stopped my shipment because of their confusion and balance Rs. 300 which they never informed me about.

              I am B.Srinivas aged38 yrs..resident of H.no.: 1-1-365/19, Gandhinagar, chikkadpally, Hyderabad-500020. few months back I have taken a Insurance Policy from Bajaj Allianz for my Child B.Saketh Suman and after months also we did not recieve the Main Policy bond to our house.

              One day I got a phone call from Mr. Partha Sarathy from jawaharnagar that a document from Bajaj Allianz on Saketh suman & B.Srinivas name has been given by a courier boy to the wrong address instead of mr.Partha Sarathy's related Document..with out checking the document & address his Assistannts has taken the wrong one's and signed in the Blue Dart delivery book ..after few days Mr.Partha Sarathy got his Document back with the Courier executive and he has returned my Document to Blue Dart executive to hand over to my address and it has passed a month but till noe I did not get the delivery of document bearing Courier No:[protected] as given by Partha Sarathy to me..Now I rang up Blue Dart ..Himayathnagar & Customer care Bearing Phone No's :[protected] or 34 &[protected].. There is no proper response and the people who are recieve the phone call has no manners as how to talk with customers..Now my question ..Where are my Documents..?

              Blue Dart — Missing Important Courier

              Blue Dart was supposed to deliver an extremely important courier containing confidential information to me. Not only they delievered it to the wrong address, but they are saying that they are still tracking it even after 10 days !!! Cannot believe the sheer negligience and irresponsible behaviour that BlueDart has displayed. Extremely dissapointed.

              Non delivery of my credit card of ICICI Bank

              I was unable to get my delivery at my address of my credit card, my Bill no is AWB[protected]. Today i just received a message that my address is incorrect but no buddy called me which was very embarrassing and also tried to contact with customer care but that also did not worked. Please resolve the matter

                Way bill numbers F[protected] & F[protected] send from HSBC Mumbai to my Cochin address have been returned twice mentioning address not found.
                I have received many correspondences & C cards from HSBC previously through Bluedart.This is the second instance in last 3 months where Bluedart has not delivered the covers in my address & conviniently returned the same.
                None of the staff has even bothered to contact me over phone /mobile in all these instances.This reflects on the deteriorating commitment of your staff to provide service & is an eye opener for me not to depend on you any further as a customer in my business.

                waiting since morning for a shipment delivery from @Blue Dart(AWB [protected])...booked the delivery slot at 8am preferably and before 12noon under any circumstances...called up 3 times to follow up and remind..still delivery is not done :( standard line is repeated every time I call--Sir! Delivery Boy will be there before 12noon--ironically this was repeated at 12noon also. This is from the company which claims to be the best logistics management company in India!

                  I had got Axis Bank credit card with Awb no :[protected] and when the courier man came i went ot chennai for purchase and i am shortly leaving to Dubai.But its my permanent address ...i have all communciation credit card bill, bank statement all were delivered to that address only...
                  "my aunty told them that i am out of station". The courier person told will call me to my mobile...But when i checked the AWB Bill no ...it shows Cosignee is not at that address...

                  How worst the service...is ? Anyway that courier cover will be with my mobile no... Y dont they call me and confirm...

                  Some severe action should be taken on these courier people for working so worstly and for worst service...

                  I am a govt. employee. This is the most worst experience I hav faced towards delivery of Credit Card. The person at Blue Dart Courrier, Ludhiana contacted to me on my mobile for the said courrier. I told him to deliever the said courrier to my given address at the CC, where my parents is available to take it, as I am in the office. He then said that my father have to prove his identity that he is my father...What the hell of the question is this...

                  After contacting to Axis Bank people, the delivery boy came to my given addres and again asking for Voter ID card, Ration Card and many more thing else...though the address was rightly mentioned in the courier and my father was there. He contacted to me through telephone and I also talked to the delivery boy, but again he is asking for this paper or thnat paper...Lastly, I said to himto go away with your CC. I hav been in Ludhiana for last one year or so...and my job is tranferable, how can I arrange Ration card of a particular state...or my voter card is under the processs...Moreover, when I am available, then is this the right way to dealing with the customer..

                  I request you to dismiss that fellow sitting at Blud Dart Office, Ludhiana...and deliver my CC at the earliest...

                  Very poor call centre customers services they put the phone on hold for 10to 15 minutes and not response properly. My delivery should be done on 5may 2018 but it has not done. My. Every delivery done on the time on same address but this not done by willingly and status update need more information about address.

                    Noe the Bank has informed me that the courier has been returned to them as underlivered.
                    Even on the packet my mobile no. was mentioned [protected], your courier people could not inform me before returning the packet to the bank.
                    Eralier also you people do comes up stairs to 2nd floor and he asked me to come down to the ground floor and to collect the packet or he will return the same to the senders as undelivered.

                      I have sent Birthday Dress for my sister through Blue Dart Express Ltd on 30/09/2008. The Airway Bill no is [protected].
                      The address mentioned was

                      The address mentioned is absolutely correct as I have been sending documents in the same address.
                      The courier company assured me that the consignment would reach on 03/10/2008 as the Birthday was on 04/10/2008.
                      The courier company did not take any efforts to contact consinee even after the mobile no was mentioned on the consignment . Inspite of numerous calls the consignment did not reach the address
                      As a result my sister was unable to wear the dress on her Birthday . Till yet the consignment has not reached the address nor any efforts have made to contact the consignee .
                      Request a refund on the amount spend on the courier, the STD chgs and also a claim for mental tension

                        Blue dart courier boys involved in credit card fraud

                        I got a courier on 5th September which was taken by my aged mother and with in a minute another courier boy of blue dart comes and takes the original courier packet saying this was a wrong delivery and a new one from the bank will be redelivered in 2 hours. He left behind a opened packet of another person, which when we checked was not delivered, and the cards from it were missing, in the meantime the packet of ours which had credit cards...

                        Courier delivered to wrong person without authenticated signature of the true recipient.

                        HSBC bank has sent me, Soumen Kumar Chanda, through Blue Dart courier service a new renewal Credit Card.
                        The Blue Dart people not only delivered the courire to the wrong address but also to a complete different person without the authentication true signature of the recipent, that is my signature.
                        The waybill no. of the courier is [protected].

                        Please kindly take the necessary actions required.

                        I have not received my Consignment #[protected]. The Blue Dart Call Centre is telling me that it is delivered to some unknown person.

                        I have taken off from work today and waiting at home specifically to receive the consignment as I need it as fast as possible due to some urgency.
                        I have also been calling the Call Centre every 1 hour to inquire about the package.

                        They told me that it will be delivered, and then at 8:00 PM they tell me it was already delivered at 4:00 PM to some unknown person, maybe a security guard.

                        The security guard at the time has now gone home and I will only be able to inquire from him tomorrow at 2:00 pm for the consignment.

                        Why have I had to pay a huge amount (297 ruppees) for the courier if I am not receiving it on the required day, and the Blue Dart personnel does not want to come to my door to deliver it, so he will give to anyone he meets downstairs?

                        Why was it given to some other person, maybe a security guard, when I am the one who has paid an amount of Rs. 297 for the courier charges.

                        I have also been wasting my time waiting all day at home for the Blue Dart personnel to deliver the package, and the wait and money spent has just been wasted.

                        I want to request a refund of the courier charges (Rs. 297).

                        What is the use of selecting Blue Dart and paying the required fees of Rs. 297 if the Blue Dartpersonnel does not want to deliver it to the door at which the shipping address is mentioned?

                        Even High Value Cheques and Credit Cards are being given to the Security Guards by Blue Dart personnel.
                        Why exactly are we paying such a high fee if the personnel do not want to use the Lift to come up to my house to deliver what I have paid for.

                              Hi, pathetic service which is been offered by blue dart cunnigham road branch ...

                              I had an shipment from blue dart consignment no: [protected] its was a Rnwl of my credit card delivered from citi bank ...Since its been sent to me a week back this people are been playing with my shipment when i cam to know that the card has been despatched i had to call the blue dart helpline no: and get to speak to a arogant un proffesiol lady who was so rude and teeling me that the card is sent trice to my office ...reason not delivered is as they dont entertain courier's...ok agreed they dont except couriers but why was that sent for three times...and here start the trauma ...then it was sent to my residents address ...obiously in the day time i wont be available..so this guy delivery guy who thinks he is the head of the blue dart or ceo of some cbi ...according to him i am not staying in the same residence ...his swt name is padrappa he is just a delivery man ...the attitude he has i think i request the top management to once i ur life time interact with him as customer and see what sought of bloody pain u go through all those senior peaople who work for Blue dart...ok story start when i spoke the guy called selvam on saturday he gave me no: of ceo guy called padrappa...and told me he will come ...when i called this guy at 10:00 am in morning he told me that he would be coming in at 10:30 ...i was waiting at office i had to go but he dint turned up...when i called him his friend told me he is gone to shop(r t nagar) and would inform when he comes...he dint call...again i called him and asked where r u sir he told me he is still in office but he was not he is in r t nagar...where is was suppose to go same route where i stay matadahalli from cunnigham road...then i asked him why dint u come then he said i cant come know i have lots of oppointment he is telling me as if i have to borrow or begged some money with him...then i told him i am very much available at home u come ..then he told no i cant come know i will come when ever i am free i[censored]r there i will give or else ...i will leave...then he gave me no: to speak to his name was jerry this guy was polite and told me u drop the pan card at home and he will drop after apeaking to him i thought some one proffesional empleoys even Blue dart has then i did as i said ...then this ceo guy has come but the same attitude ...i have to be there...tell me is this the only job on the dam earth we have to wait for sick delivery guy ...get the f** out of this card...guys be aware of this i am writing this mail to blue dart & also to citi bank who follow the pathetic rules where they leave customer to interact with such unproffinal people...hope blue dart is listening..

                                Its such a nasty experience with Bluedart courier, that one my couriers form Bluedart Kolkata to Bluedart Jammu, Gandhi Nagar with docket no. as [protected] containing my marriage CD's and my wife's election card, has been deliverd wrongly a week ago. Since a week i am asking for my courier but getting void results. They are not able to locate the address where my courier has been delivered. Now the only door for me to knock at is the police station. Please help me as soon as possible if you can.

                                  I am Shanthi from Hyderabad.I am representing a company called FCS in Hyderabad. I have sent a document with Blue Dart courier to Bangalore. The tracking number is AWW-[protected] and the date it was sent from Hyderabad Begumpet Office is on 28/05/08 and it comtained documents which was necessary for my colleague's submission of Visa Appplication for Netherlands. His appointment with the Netherlands Consulate is today at 8 A.M, all the documents which he has to carry is just not reached him due to the negligence of Blue Dart Courier and the customer care manager Mr.Balakrishna ([protected]) promosed me that it is reaching today morning via special carier of Blue Dart and asked my colleague to come to Bangalore Airport to collect the Dcoument in person. When my colleague went there he was shocked to see that still the document has not even taken off from Hyderabad and this courier people are making bull and cock story to woo away us. Due to this ugly service of Blue Dart my colleague is stranded in the airport and he has lost an important appointment.

                                  I would like the commission to intervene in this and get us justice and I want the Blue Dart to take resposibility of the timeless delay and the pain taken by us by calling them over phone every now and then.

                                  I need the Blue Dart Company to bear the expenses of Phone calls, penalty for non delivering of the document on time etc and make then pay an amount of 10 times of the courier charges which is 200 X 10 = Rs.2000/-.This amount includes the cab charges which my colleague spent on going to airport and also the repeated phone calls we were making from Hyderabad and Bangalore offices.

                                  Hoping that truth will win always and relay on your services.

                                  Here is one more experience from BLUE DART-solutions for peace of mind...the number one courier company!!!

                                  At least this is what company claims...but this is just not the case till date i have not received my shipment. They didnt even call me up if they were unable to locate my address & that to there is no communication at all.
                                  They dont provide PEACE OF MIND but TAKES AWAY PEACE OF MIND ...so be prepared everyone in case your courier is dispatched through Blue dart you will never ever received

                                  I am having a similar issue with Blue Dart and their total lackadaisical approach to handling customer complaints. The blue dart courier service very clevelry has not provided any method of registering complaints over mail. I do not find one.

                                  I have been waiting patiently for the consignment no.[protected] and after my 11th call to Delhi today the lady attending the call "suggests" me to get in touch with their Hyderabad office @ [protected] and the height of disgust is that 4 times the call gets picked up and no one bothers to even say hello and finally with utter disgust we have to hang up with no response coming in from the other end.

                                  Finally in the 11th call she give me another number[protected]/ 62 on which in my own interest i have to call up to find the status of the consignment.

                                  In the first call made in the morning the lady from Delhi suggests that the drop would be made today @ 5:30 pm. I leave important work at my to reach home by 4 PM and till 6:30 PM no one turns up.

                                  Repeated calls to Delhi only end up with the msg that the drop would be made as the delivery boy has already left.

                                  Its only today at 6:30 PM when i call the number[protected] that i am told that the attempt was made at 2 PM???????????

                                  Utterly disgusting response and pathetic delivery process. God forbid those companies which use the services of such lousy courier service which charge a heavens fee for sub-earthly services.

                                  I was supposed to receive a debit card through blue dart courier service from ABN Amro Bank and it was lying there for past two days even after they were trrying to contact me. The concerned person sent me a message and asked me to call him back. I wonder if they don't get paid regularly. Why will customers call them when it is their responsiblitiy. As I work in night shift I asked him to get it at 6.00 but he said he will talk to his supervisor and get back to me.He never turned back to him and I called him he just replied my duty is over and I will give another persons contact number and you call him. I asked him if it is my duty I am I working for you? He simply hung the phone and never bothered.

                                  I request the concerned department to take care of all these issues and trian all these people on customer service. No. The delivery boy reported "No such Flat No." and Blue Dart Trivandrum office returned the document without contacting me on my Mobile No or Residence No. Later on 3rd March Bajaj Finance Pune contacted me and re-send the document to their Trivandrum Branch and I had to collect it on 5th Mar.' 09.
                                  Trivandrum office of Blue Dart has displayed their certficate of ISO 9001 at the front desk. But they seem to have no systems or procedures there. If they can not locate a customer should they not have atleast tried to contact the customer over phone? At least when the delivery boy does not do the job properly should there not be some one else to check it before returning the document? Who will bear the loss I incured due to the delay in receiving the documents late?
                                  All this are happening when Blue Dart is charging the customer very high tariffs.

No. The delivery boy reported "No such Flat No." and Blue Dart Trivandrum office returned the document without contacting me on my Mobile No or Residence No. Later on 3rd March Bajaj Finance Pune contacted me and re-send the document to their Trivandrum Branch and I had to collect it on 5th Mar.' 09.
                                  Trivandrum office of Blue Dart has displayed their certficate of ISO 9001 at the front desk. But they seem to have no systems or procedures there. If they can not locate a customer should they not have atleast tried to contact the customer over phone? At least when the delivery boy does not do the job properly should there not be some one else to check it before returning the document? Who will bear the loss I incured due to the delay in receiving the documents late?
                                  All this are happening when Blue Dart is charging the customer very high tariffs.

                                  Blue Dart serving very badly to customer. AWB:[protected] is picked from chennai on 20th June, when checked the status about at blue dart website it is showing the delivery attempted and premises is closed. In reality no one came to deliver just as an excuse updated their website. When I asked about who has came, they don't have any answer.

I shipped it from Bangalore on 8th Jan 2010 for HPR. But the shipment didn’t reach still on 15th Jan 2010. After chasing with customer care, got to know that shipment is missing. Still they are unable to trace where the shipment is. Could you pls take any action accordingly. All the necessary paperwork and shipment value was declared at the time of shipment.                                   I experienced the same UNRULY, RUDE, VULGAR behaviour by the staff of BLUE DART COURIERS, BHUBANESWAR on 6th march 2010. They refused to hand me a packet in my address sent by BOBCARDS Ltd, MUMBAI because I refused to bear the vulgar behavior of a field staff Mr. shasikant jena. The surprising part is that his behaviour was supported by Mr.Satyajit Swain and the incharge Mr. Pradip Das ( mobile no-[protected]) even after knowing that I am a Group -A Government servant under government of Orissa with a valid indentity card issued by Home Department, Government of Orissa And we are staying at the same place since 1944( YES 1944) And Mr. Shasikanta jena has delivered packets to the same address before.The arrogance of the staff especially Mr. Das gave me the impression that there is no training in etiquette to the staff of BLUEDART and misbehaviour is a way of life.                                   Axis Bank has sent a courier No [protected]. Blue Dart promptly returned as premises locked without even coming any where near residential premises. This is not the first time they resort to this dirty act.
                                  Each time when Banks like Axis Bank, ICICI etc send any courier by Blue Dart, the courier will invariably return it stating that premises was locked, without even visiting the premises. In the track delivery, it would have been reported that the delivery person visited twice. He would not have come even once anywhere in that area even once.
                                  This way they pocket the hefty courier fees. There is no customer care person to attend any issue.
                                  This is an unscrupulous delivery and distribution Company.
