[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — too slow speed

the bsnl serivce is waste service. it broad band is too slow BSNL is waste

BSNL employees are incompetent; and how many times you complain about the broadband speed or DSL getting cutoff often, they treat customers as dung. I am a victim of theirs for the past two years or so. What can i do, other than to be content with what they provide me! If i had other options, i would have terminated my BSNL broadband account immediately. I hope the higher authorities would take the necessary action, and permanently put and end to such grievances made by their esteemed customers!

these complaints are realy true...now BSNL BROADBAND IS THE WORST ONE...

I cannot compose and send mails using my dataone.in broadband. Sent complaints to Public grievance office and Head of BSNL Bangalore Telecom. Nothing is moving. I had given my mobile no. No feedback
I was an officer in BGTD. I pity the public.

i use bsnl broadband 750 home ultimate plan but last 15 day speed bsnl broadband speed slow I complain costomer care but no response my complaint and not solved my problem I pay Bill Regularly.

The BSNL braodband connection that we have at home is giving lots of trouble. The reason for this is that the landline that we have has a lot of disturbance in it. I have registered lots of complaints, but none has ever resolved this ever existant problem.

I have connection of BSNL BB Home plan of 256 KBPS. Bsnl cheeting customers because download speed maximum 40 kbps.i checked it personally with downloading in torrent. Also in our office 256 Kbps taken Download speed going upto 220 to 245kbps. Why is the difference

I HAVE APPLIED FOR DISCONECT THE BRAOD BAND CONNECTION ON TEL NO.[protected] ON DTD. 28.04.11, BUT TILL DATE THE CONNECTION WAS NOT DISCONECT . KINDLY DISCONNECT THE BROAD BAND CONNECTION.

BSNL broadband is damn slow these days.The download speed is poorer than dialup.
