BSNL sevices are tooooo bad, i cant even get speed of 20kbps(plan-500)

i am using home 500 plan it can be proceed the download speed of 15-20 kb/s what can i do to increase the broadband speed

my broadband conection[[protected]] dem slow since 1week. no boady attend the complaint.

Contact the General Manager at your Telephone Exchange.Also call the Customer care .Search for its toll free number on bsnl website.If no action takes place call Consumer helpline -[protected]

Dear friends..Don't u ever take BSNL broadband connection..Its sick.Its the wost possible speed that any company could give..I'm using 750 plan..the speed is worse than dial up.this is bull ..What the hell are these customer service officers doing..? Is there anybody who could hear the cry of these frustrated bsnl customers..? Do something about it..I don't pay for peanuts...

I am a BSNL Broadband user. My id is ayyappa_bv. I have opted for 512 kbps day-night unlimited. However i am not getting more than 256-280 kbps speed for my broadband since the past 10 days.

Now BSNL Broadband is so slow, My Plan is 750 unlimited but not getting speed at night as well as in day. Who Can help me about it? Namely Broadband but working Dial-up.

bsnl completely sucks, , pathetic, i was been chgs 5000 /- search for my complint, plus the speed is like okay 120 kbps, bt the bottom lone is wjy to cheat ut, like i see people above has posted they get speed of 20 and 30 kbps, govt sector i bull , something needs to be dne immediately`

BSNL — Slow speed in Broadband

Sir, I applied for broadband connection on the landline no.[protected] on 5th Feb, 2009 and got connection on 17th Feb 2009. But the speed is very slow (about 20KBps). I hope the matter will be looked into as soon as possible.

THE DOWNLOAD SPEED FOR HOME 750 PLAN IS UPTO 33KBPS.FOR HOME 500C THE SPEED IS ABOUT 200 KBPS.I USED HOME 750 PLAN FROM NOVEMBER 2008 TO FEBRUARY 2009.BUT I DON'T STATISFIED ABOUT THE SPEED(DOWNLOADING).I SWITCHED MY PLAN TO HOME 500C.IT IS VERY USEFUL.THE ONLY THING IS WE HAVE TO SEE THE DATA USAGE FOR DAY TIME VERY CAREFULLY.I THINK HOME 500C IS USEFUL BECAUSE IN HOME 750 IT TAKES TIME TO COMPLETE 700MB IN AND ABOVE 6 HOURS.BUT IN HOME 500 IT TAKES BETWEEN 1 TO 1.40 HRS.SO I THINK HOME 500 IS BETTER FOR ALL.

WHEN THE DOWNLOADING SPEED IN ANY PLAN DECREASES ABNORMALLY JUST WAIT FOR 3 OR 4 DAYS.BECAUSE OF SERVER PROBLEMS.WHEN YOU FACE THAT PROBLEM AGAIN AND AGAIN PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER CARE OR INTERNET HELP DESK

HOME 500c* plan — slowness in downloadings

From the day i got BSNL broadband, i havenot made downloads at the speed of 2MBPS as per the plan 500c* homeplan says and my telephone number is[protected].. I hereby asking officials to take immediate action on it .Thank you!

Bsnl is a waste connection. It works better only for 1 week. Then its the worst damid.
Bsnl has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was using HOME 500C and i was getting download speed upto 250kbps.Then i Switched to Unlimited 750 and it really very very very very SLOWWWWWWWW... Even i cant open GMAIL... Dono wat these ppl are doing in their cabins. Earlier in HOME 500c i used to download a 5mb file in 5 secs.. No it takes 10-15 mins... If anyone knows the solution plzzzzz replay!!!

unlimited 256 kbps — low speed

my telephone no. is 25365393
i have unlimited broadband plan of 256kbps but i m getting only 20-22 kbps download speed from the starting. i have done many complaints on 1504 but my downloading speed is not increasing.please help me.

i'm using 750 unlimited plan... right now the speed is 20kb..
...because it takes more than 1/2 hr to download 20 mb file...
i had home plan o[censored]nlimited but my download speed is too low... my uncle is having same plan but he gets 160kbps as download speed whereas i get only 20kbps at max.

After logging into usage portal of BSNL (http://bbservice.bsnl.in/) When I click "View Usage" I am getting "Session Expired!!". Do we have a resolution for this? Can I check my usage in any other portal?

Today I cleared my browser temporary internet files and thereon it worked well.
