i dont want to place any comment coz i know that noyhing will be done towards any regard but one thing i would like to say the full form of bsnl is (bhai sahab nahi lagega)
broadband H250 — broadband connectivity problem

H 250 plan with it but it is not working properly i already make telephonic complaint to your office but no response is taken from your side presently i am not in my home town so that i can visit your office pls try to understand my problem and rectify it because my family is suffering due to it. i hope you will take positive action from your end.

This is a new broadband connection wef 01.06.2009, our no. is[protected] location Adityapur, Jamshedpur. For more than a month the connection have been broken by the next door trench. This information had been given to Your BSNL office at Adityapur Industrial Area office. No body has come to enquire and no action taken yet. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.
my internate is working but social networking sites are not open from 2 months. like orkut, facebook etc.

BSNL Broadband Services — b band link failures
the b band link to me gets frequently disconnected especially in the morning hours from0630hrstill0800hrs.this is a daily affair.repeat daily affair.the day and date may falter but not the failiure of linkage of bsnl b band.it is disgusting.for the past two months almost on every thirdday i have complained to bsnl call center at tiruchirappalli in the state of tamil nadu but to noavail.only a poor line man was sent 2or 3 times who tried his limits but unable to do any thing.it seems every thing ends up at that level it self,because after that i was only getting phone calls from kk nagar telephone exchange in the afternoons when there was no problem.when the complaints are repeated it is said they say they are surprised and puzzled about it.lately on 1st september night between1015hrsand1045hrs tere was no linkage and again on 2nd sep morning from 0630hrs to0800hrs it was delinked and the problem continues even now during my typing this grievance letter.it is a persisting problem.i sincerely hope ther still might be some soul to redress customer grievances,else i am left only to prey grahambell for the same. BSNL Broadband Services — CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM
SIR,I HAVE BROAD BAND CONNECTION UNDER MY LAND LINE PHONE NO.[protected]. FROM THE LAST FEW MONTHS I AM FACING PROBLEM OF CONNECTIVETY OF MY BROAD BAND LINE. THE "LINK" IS NOT STABLE FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES AT A STRETCH . IT FLASHSES REPEATEDLY CAUSING LOT OF INCONVENIENCE . PL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME IN GETTING SMOOTH CONNECTIVETY.

i like to infornm you that my internet connection has been stoped more than 4 months. i complained again and again to your customer care centre but gen only sms that "your circuit has been restored" or told me that please wait few days. but i have wait more than 4 months but till now i did not get any result from your end. no one can visit my place to identify that problem. i have bound to cancel my land line phone connection which i was connected only for broadband connection. can you tell me why should i pay extra bill amount for internet connection which i could not for use more than 4 months? please take necessary action at your end

BSNL — having problem in broad band
sir due to some reason i m not getting proper connection during night time and i used to called every officers in bsnl and they never used to take any action on mine complain and till 25 days i m very much frustrated due to net i m unable to give online exam in net due to that i mam unable to perform got in cat-09 exam i.e. online Respected sir/madam,

DTO (Thand sir) sir, not reposing properly, also many times disconnect our telephone complained, they are switched off his phone due to duty time also.
I don’t have a responsible reply from any authority for the frequent requests that I have been making. this is a complaint regarding poor connection of bsnl. i called up so many times in the call centre no.[protected] i have been given several docate no.s
i complained to the bidhanagar cenre and various other no.s and yet my connection fluctuates and half the time i dont have a connection and it shows error 678... no body just pays any respect to the customer's grievances. i have taken the 750+ plan and i don't get any returns from it.it extremely poor state of bsnl.

I am a BSNL broadband consumer (Rs.250 monthly plan) this connection take around 10 to 15 mints to connect to internet, after every 10 mints line disconnected, I have complained so many times for help from costumer service, (changaramkulam branch ) but they’re not helpful,
