[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — Broadband connection Problems

Hi,
I had given a complaint that the internet is not working, but nothing has been done so far. Its been 4 months since i took the broadband connection, but the internet is pathetic. The broadband connectivity goes of within minutes of my logging in. I had place a complaint on the 9th Of february 2008 , and the complain number is 0208/252 and according to the officials there would be a redressal within 24hrs of the date of complain. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. Its disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified. Its a shame that the conncectivity is bad and there is absolutely no redressal of the problem and this is display of absolute slackness, which is least accepted from a company like BSNL.

my name is vijay iam using bsnl newtwork for past 7 years recently i requested a broad band connection, they provided adsl2+cpe/iad type 2 modem for me .this modem is enable with wi-fi .it is not working i had been consulted several officials but they reply me as "we r not qualified ". what can i do now. and my number is 2280244.
Bsnl broadband service is worst
AND also bad information about bsnl traffi. Present iam using 1000 plan its speed is 1Mbps up to 9GB, 256 K bps beyond 9 GB . I'm getting 100KB up to 9gb, 20KBbeyonnd 9gb. you guys are blaming our bsnl users.and my friend using 750+plan he is getting 60 kB of transfer rate.
please don't blame us by telling 512 Kb, 128Kb please inform by announcing "IT IS BITS NOT BYTES"
bsnl broadband is a very big company but bsnl broadband service is too bad.Every 10 mints later net is going for disconnect.if they will be regularly provied to bad connection then very soon bsnl broadband will be gone out of internet.now every person is telling bsnl broadband is good but after some time they will be tell, bsnl broadband is bad company and private companies are good.now every thing is depend upon your hand.Shame for bsnl broadband connection.

I LIVE IN VARNI VILLAGE NEAR BODHAN.I am using broad band connection from july 2009. my broad band connection was USOF 150 plan in that day S.D.E. Bodhan said your modem free they did not charge any amount from july 2009 to september 2010.octber 2010 on wards they are charged modem rent Rs.50 how can i bare this type of charge.my phone number is [protected].when i asked bodhan and nizamabad offices they are not giving proper answer. how can ibare this type service.immediately take nessasary action and details as possible as early.

BSNL — BROAD BAND FAIL TO CONNECT SINCE FIVE DAYS REPORTED NO ACTION

Dear sir,

I have subscribed Internet Broadband connection, I might be registered more than 1000 times only for complaints each time 5 to 10 days they takes to correct it which is almost 1/3 of monthly payment for non working days

Now since last five days it's no works telephone is working,
From DOT office they asks like phone is working ok we will check it that's all
The department become worst I think they did not employee competent staff or improper system used,
I recommend daily rental for Broadband connections

In above reference I did 3-4 times call for broadband connection, but every time giving telephone number of another person. First I call on mobile no.[protected] then he gave me another mobile no.[protected] and he told that he will come soon but still now nobody came to my house for connection. I am a engineering student so like irresponsibility of your department I thought at starting stage before connection the service is very laziness then after connection what will happen about service. So refund my advance money as early as possible and so I will try for another company broadband connection.
To help new users.

If BSNL broadband not working.
If you are using UT300R2U modem or any other modem.

1) Check all connections, unplug and plug all connections.
2) Check power cable.
3) See if you are getting DSL connection led on and not blinking or off.
4) See if Ethernet led is on.
5) Internet led blinks when internet is in use.

If all the above things are all right then you are having a problem in internet connectivity. Call [protected]

If DSL led is off or blinking then call 198 and put a complain for broadband. You basically have a line problem.

If all that does not help then you need to see if your computer OS (operating system) may have a problem or virus problem.

Check your TCP / IP settings. In Network Connections > Local Area Connection --> Right click on the icon and select properties double click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). And check if your IP address if correct or not (Preferred DSN server/ Alternate DSN server).

If all the above is OK and the modem is switching on and off automatically / connecting and disconnecting again and again. You may have a problem with your power supply to the modem. Solution: Change the adapter or try changing the plug point for power.

About me : I am a user of BSNL broadband for the last 2 years. Even me faced many problems for connectivity.

BSNL — RECONNECTION ISSUE

I have a bsnl landline no. 24165765 in the name of Sambhu Das. I have paid all my outstanding dues dated 21/12/10. But till date nothing has been done so that the telephone line can be restored inspite of the work order already issued. MY Docket No. is O7092 Still pending.
Since last more than 20 days my broadband connection (no.[protected] is remaining inactive. Several times, I had tried to get it rectified through your department / departmental staff. But my all attempts were futile. I wonder, how it happens in a department of nation-wide government organisation! However, the fact is this. My last complaint as registered, bears a docket no.O-8865, dated 28/12/2010. Perhaps, this is the last resort I, being a commoner, can avail to get my broadband connectivity restored. Isn't it? So, please help me.

Please also note, the problem which I have portrayed above, takes place very frequently. Can I expect, you will kindly see to it with due importance?

my bsnl broad band connection[protected] at AGRA(U.P.) remain connected for 1 minute goes off for 5minutes. this problem is persisting for the last 2 months. local officers are helpless

BSNL is the worst internet provider in our country. They want to us to pay the bills on time and if not they know how to impose the fine on us. But, they aren't concerned about our problems at all. I'm facing the broadband cable problem since 2 months. They come repair and in 2 days again the problem repeats and when I asked the technician to change the cable, he tells me, from where to get the new cable? What a disgusting answer? Does he going to spend from his pocket to get a new cable for me? They take our hard earned money and just sit in the office and take their monthly salary without any worries. We're the people who suffer even after paying the dues religiously. Shame on BSNL and their authority. I wish, I could change my broad band connection. Unfortunately, due to my location, I can have only BSNL :( and that's why BSNL is taking advantage of poor people like us.

BSNL Broadband — broadband connection not working

Iam having a broad bank connection on Telephone No.2242386 in the name of Ranjan Kumar Mukerjee, which is not working since last 2 months.

Requested to rectify the ccomplaint and give feed back on aiyer.[protected]@gmail.com.
I am BSNL user from vellore, i have problem with my broadband connection till now.
The problem is my net connection is getting disconnected frequently .I have unlimited home plan but am unable to use not even continuously for 30 mins it is getting disconnected more often .I have this problem for last 10 days i have complained many time and i contacted the BSNL office many times but they unable to clear my problem.
I am using the net for last 17 month i had problem many times but those got cleared as earlier as possible but this time it is not getting clear i dont know what to do .

Your Dharmanagar office staff in charge of Data card Brodband posted in the same place for twenty years

is serving so poorly that no complain against hin is ever taken up by authority.

He runs a p[rivate business(transport) and have given data card @Rs3000/- to Ajit kumar Nandi @Rs 4000/- to Mrinal Kanti Nath ( headmaster of a school @Rs2200/- to M/s Webcon, a computer institute And have not issued any BSNL receipt of the same.

All lke his private business.
