had given a complaint that the internet is not working, but nothing has been done so far. Its been 3 months since i took the broadband connection, but the internet is pathetic. The broadband connectivity goes of within minutes of my logging in. I had place a complaint through 1957 so many timesaccording to the officials there would be a redressal within 24hrs of the date of complain. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. Its disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified. Its a shame that the conncectivity is bad and there is absolutely no redressal of the problem and this is display of absolute slackness, which is least accepted from a company like BSNL.

I am also facing the same problem. So that i am unable to see and chat with my family. I am staying in mid desert and I installed internet to only in the interest to see and chat with my family every day. But tensions and sorrows are gifting by BSNL due to its sub standard service.
BSNL Broadband — BROADBAND CONNECTION PROBLEM
Hi,I have a BSNL telephone number[protected], i also took the broadband service from them. It is dismaying to see the way the BSNL staff work on this.
The koramangala BSNL staff right from the divisional manager shankarnarayan to pasha case worker everybody are corrupt.
They keep the telephone line busy and do not attend to their mobile.
TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE.
I am so vexed that I am writing this in public forum so that the public and government take an action on them.

BSNL Broadband — connection problem
Dear Sir,I have just registered for BSNL Broadband Service since august 2009.My Phone number is[protected]
Right from day one, I have been having problems with their connection.
I have been repeatedly making complaints on their Customer Care number ( most of the time nobody answers the calls!!! and they dont even know the local GM telephone number ???) as well as spoken to the JE ( again a person who claims he is very busy dealing with problems in remote places and cannot find enough time to fixup the problem right next door to his office) to help fixing the modem/wires which may be the cause of the service not working as network keeps fluctuating some times.However after no service for so many days and numerous complaints and no soultions later, I am feeling helpless and request your assistance in the matter.

BSNL Broadband — Broadband connection is not working
Dear Sir/Madam,I am paying for the internet broad band connection with my landline no;[protected].
Almost 95% of the time whenever I start working after getting the purple lamp glowing in the modem
(ie connection is established- to get this it is a miracle) immediately the connection will be lost after couple or 5minutes usage. I have complained verbally to the BSNL authorities umpteen no of times but no use till date? Can I get compensation and the problem getting solved through a consumer court?
Please, help.

I HAV REGISTERD A COMPLAINT ON THE NEAREST BSNL OFFICE AND THEY DID ACTED QUICKLY. THEY CHANGED MY DP AND ALSO DIGGED TO CHECK IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM IN THE OPTICAL CABLES TOO BUT THEY COULDN'T FIND ANY. I CHANGED MY MODEM EVEN THE SPLITTER TOO BUT STILL THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED. AM TOTALLY IRRITATED WITH THIS. WHEN I GO ONLINE AND HAVE SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO DO, IT GETS DISCONNECTED.
