[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

my telephone no 2690114 (ambala) is dead yesterday. pls repair it.

BSNL — compalint for landline

My landline no[protected] is not working 5months, i hv given complaint so many times, but still nobody has taken action.

please send my bill to pay. new connection but not receipt any bill since 3 months after complain to phone No. [protected]/26404099

my phone number 26584355, connet new land with broad band connection since 3 months but at yet not received any bill to pay after several complain to this number 26582025, 26404099, [protected].

weri bade saervics is bsnl.

I am a BSNL customer, my land line[protected] was not working properly and also dead now.I have done complaints several times through your complaint number 198 & 1500.Concerned authority has not solved my land line problem completely. my land line is not working for four days.please take necessary action towards the complaint

The Phone No. 2533904 is lying deed since three months with number of complaints on BSNL complaint no is still pending. Is their any one to look into and what about rental being charges for service not rendered.

Dear sir, , , i m very disappointed i complained before four days that my land line phone no.[protected] .is ded.its nt ruuning..but i didnt get any response.
so pls take action against as soon as possible.

at present bsnl is corapted top to bottom .they stole public money. all stuff neglect public . i suffer much in case of telephone no.22412097, former minister priyoranjan dasmunshi unable to contol the coraupted stuff of bsnl and now in coma stage and soon the new ministermay in that situation.In office they are irregular and not punctual.public harashed month after month.RAKHALRAJ MUKHERJEE

BSNL Landline Connection — connection is not working from last 9 days

respected sir,my landline(telephone)connection is not working from last 9 days even after regular complaints/requests. this happen every month, every month my telephone connection remains out of order more than a week. THIS IS MY 4th MAIL AND NOBODY IS BOTHERD TO DO SOMETHING. please do something.

Dear Sir

Im using the landline of bsnl for the last 12years but from last couple of months we have also taken BSNL Broad Band i am very much dissatisfied with BSNL service. my number is[protected]. i am just booking the complaints for the last 30 days, Even went to BSNL office Faridabad also have problem in Bsnl broadband So many times i complan in BSNL Office but no received any reply till now.. And now my BSNL phone is not working from last 15 days This problem raise in every months

Besides all above problem BSNL ..is also proving that they really want to shock their customer reason is In My Last bills i got bills of Three thousand (3000)which was almost thrice of our normal bill.when we asked to GM of BSNL Faridabad he said we will ask detail dill from his head office...Till date no detail i got/Recd...But this is not enough ...now i got the bill of amount of RS 17000 ...This is too much...Now.I don't know why BSNL person dont think even single time they are service provider or what??????

They want to harass their Customer and always looking for different ways to harass their customer.

Can any one give answer?
Or

Do I need to appeal to the highest authority of bsnl to look into the matter and compensate for the My loss.

Though my internet is working, im unable to make or receive since 10 days.
Even after submitting so many complains nobody is heeding to my request
My latest complain no is 44758 dated 23.09.09.
