[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 5 years but i am very much dissatisfied with your service. My number is[protected]my address is P.Sakthivel, 35Palamedupudur, Mallasamudram, Tiruchengode, Namakkal-637503.) 185 days not working I am just booking the complaints for the last 5 months no my mallasamudram telephone exchange to my above address. I can’t even tolerate if this problem persist. But not respond from BSNL office up to till date now. Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.

My laneline no is[protected] is not working for 2 weeks i had made complain in 1500 for more than 3 times no reply.

Please make necessary steps to rectify our phone problem as earliest as possible.

i am using 12 years of land line we will pay the land line through the bsnl office. In the last five months i will pay in the bsnl shop. but he he did not pay the for august my bill is 236. he did not give balance 4 rupees and he did not pay the bill on bsnl shopy on tiruchengode(namakkal). now i am ask he told what can do it

I am using bsnl land line for the past 9 years. Past one month it is not working due to cable cut fault. I am very much dissatisfy with your service. My land line number is[protected]. Past one month I am booking the complaint against my fault through the computarised fault booking system[protected]. Nobody is coming and attending the problem.

Cable problem is continuously I am facing past five years. In the one year 365 days phone will not work for 200 days. My mobile number is [protected].

while booking the complaint computor will give the complaint number. After few days
automatically it will ask for the new complaint. I will wonder about what happened about the my last booking

At last I was booked the complaint against my phone on 25/12/2009. Complaint number is 86541760.

After few days nothing will happen. Again I have to book for the new complaint.

I am paying rent for the phone without usage.

Kindly inform me can you rectify permenantly or otherwise I have cancel your service
and I have to go with other good services.

I am using bsnl landline when someone calls the lcd doesn't display the number .
Instead it displays NO CLI and when i check for received calls list lcd displays CALL EMPTY! Please sir help me to find the solution.

i m not satisfied to bsnl land line service. no one here complain n evryday wire make disturbanse and hering answer kabhi yaha wire kata hai kabhi vaha wire kata hai. in short we are gatting half service.
