[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 10years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected]my address is B.sornavel 37 selva vignesh nagar sankarankovil road thachanallur tirunelveli. ) i am just bokking the complaints for the last 30 days, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within six hours i am reciving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem presist i will surender the landline within 10days,
and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service

I am a BSNL customer, my land line[protected] was not working properly, I want to register a compliant through BSNL vijayawada, my residence is near ibhrahimpatnam, my actual problem is that, whenever i like to make a call, somebody is going on talking from my number.the conversation is going on between.And, also i have only single connection in my home and when anyone is calling me, it is saying me the line was busy..and i have an internet facility too. when i am contacting my nearest BSNL service men, he is not responding at all.And the the main thing was that when i am in the use of internet, for every 2 min or 1minute my internet is breaking(disconnecting)up and then again connecting.Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.

I m BSNL Landline Customer. My Telephone No. is[protected] in the name - Nandlal Radheshyam - City Ladnun Dist- Nagaur, State- Rajasthan. My unique Id no. is 24832. In my phone no. 149/- monthly rental plan is activated since last 8 month in which all Bsnl landline no. in rajasthan are free. but when i checked with the detail of My bills i found the same was charged from the last 6 months. i lodge several complaints to local exchange but no response from the local authorities. my average billing is 4, 000/-. Pls rectifiy the error & give me refund for the excess amount charged.

I want to register a compliant through BSNL Nemom Exchange & Head office as early as possible. Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.

BSNL Landline — My Landline number is dead in every monts regular

MY number[protected] is not working properly due to your line man lazyness (Indirapuram Exchange) in every month it is sure to going dead for 4 to 5 days but your department line man not connected from DV install at my gate but he is telling me in next time i will connect it, now it is connect on pole and complaints is as usual, my main problem is here is no any landline connection in my colony that by i feel handicap to register our complaint-- please try to solve my problem and do work as your old reputation i pray to god this mail is make effect on employee of INDIRAPURAM EXCHANGE THANK YOU my contect no is [protected]
CHANGE TO GENERAL SCHEME INSTEAD OF SULAB-II ( Phone No.[protected]

I have made an application for changing of land line scheme to general on 06.10.09 but it has not been implemented till date. Kindly arrange to change the scheme to GENERAL.

The callers think that we are rejecting the calls, my number is[protected]my address is A. Sreedharan, Sree Padma, Vaniyamthara, Kottarappadi, Coyalmannam(PO), Palakkad (DT), Kerala. ) i have booked the complaints more than 5 times and I am recently gived a new one today, no service man comes to my above address.) i cant even tolrate if this problem presist i will surender the landline within 10days, Our relatives and my son lived in abroad so this is the only way to communicate our closed ones. we are facing too much problem and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline and for not taking the problem as serious, I am highly dissatisfied with your service.

properly and also dead now. I have done complaints several times through your

complaint number 198, 1500 & 2422849.Concerned authority has not solved my

land line problem completely. my land line is not working for Five days. please

From last 6 months after many complaints our landline is not working properly .Frequent cross taking, loud abnormal noise, phone dead twice in a week etc.pls look into the matter on urgent basis.

I was given a complaint against my phone no[protected] towards instrument fault, my instrument was issued by bsnl i.e. caller id but our working staff members was changed my instrument with ordinary. Hence i request you to please do the needful at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above i would like to inform you through this medium that my above No. is out of order since last night.

I had try to contact on 1957 as well as in Customer Care Center but sorry to inform you that the above both no. i got always engage.

I request you to kindly look in to the matter and solve my problem at earliest. Because of my old age mother (72) is leaving with me and since last 3 months she is suffering from serious Kidney problem.

Hope for your immediate response and action in this matter.
