Hi, My self is Vijay Singh Negi (phone no.[protected] Sangam Park, Khora colony.

It is my very bad experience with BSNL land line phone with broad band today is 16th Feb.2010 and my internet is not woking since 11th of Jan.2010 and I have informed many time to BSNL office at Noida Sec-62 (Mr. Pyare Lal and Mr. Subhash) but till now no action has been taken in this regards.

My Question is this only, why it is happening becuse of Govt. Company or lethargic and lasy employee of BSNL and why should i pay the monthly minimum bill of Rs.750+tax. Because it is not the free amount which i get from malpractice, it is my sweat income.

Pls. if any body is there who can help me it will be highly appreciated and admirable.

i am customer of BSNL last 10 years our no. is [protected] . I have the connection of landline phone and broad band but SDO, B.N.Yadav and Lineman Ghanshayam is very irresponsible gov.servant so i have never used the service of BSNL service without tension. He do mentally charge and take aginst complaint 50 rupees repair charge.
Plz support me and take the action against the SDO and Line man becoz other customer must be used BSNL connection without tension.

This is to inform you that our Telephone number[protected] is not working since oct 2009 your department have a receiving copy of the compaint but no action will be taken against the complaint. Now your department sending us a bill of out of order phone. My father is retired person and i am working in delhi.

Taken some urgent steps because my father had gone a medial operation in nov 2009 and your bsnl cell service is not also so good.

I have submitted an application for fresh land line (Individual) connection at tirunelveli on 16th nov 2009. Promptly, Rs 500/- was charged and copies of directory were given.stillnow they are not provide landline connection i have receipt no:TVL 2303509/bill no:N866158 please cancel my landline connection as soon as possible

my land line no.[protected]. In a month atleast twice complaint is booked for total dead of the phone.Attended but again dead.No permanent solution. Thank to our Govt. for giving entry to the companys in telecommunication sector otherwise I had to suffer a lot.If bsnl fails to solve the problem immmediately and permanently I have to surrender the land line being an old customer of 17 years.

This service is dead last 12 days and immediately I raised complain one through automatic complain Chanel 25522198 and another to local BSNL office. In both cases I have received complain number w-1689 and w-9891 respectively. Unfortunately no one has visited my place yet to fix this issue. I use broadband for some urgent work.

Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.

In spite of registering a complaint with the Local Exchange Office at Gaya, no action for remedial has been taken yet. I, therefore request you to redress my complain as early as possible.

Dear Sir,

I have a landline telephone connection bearing No. 2754703 in my late Fathers late Lt. Col. R.L.Sircar's name. I want to change the name from my late fathers to mine.my father expired in 1988 and since then I am paying the bills regularly. Since now we are getting reimbursement for telephone bill from office, I am unable to claim because the connection is not in my name.and also I want to get broad band connection.I had approached your office near Darshan lal crossing opposite St.Thomas school and submitted the form for transfer twice, one they misplaced the forms submitted in triplicate next time they refused to take the form saying since the connection is OYT category the phone cannot be transferred.Then they said I have to meet some officer and talk to him without asertaining whom to talk to and the number will remain the same and it will be in my name. I am confused by this sort of reply. Kindly let me know how to get the phone changed in my name, or else I have to take another connection and stop paying future bills for this phone. waitin for you reply to help me out.

I am using a landline phone number 2559679 -ERNAKULAM SSA for the last 16 years and was regularly paying bills. I have taken broadband connection during last year and then onwards phone and BB was not working properly. After 6 months of regular complaint bookings and followups complaint got rectified two weeks back and I was very happy. But last week TWO technicians were found changing cable and disturbances like cross talk reappeared.Complaint was again registered on 15-03-10 and afterwards the phone is dead and nobody is attending the complaint. See the plight of a BSNL consumers !!! Please rectify the complaint at the earliest.
