I remit the telephone charges frequently without any hesitation. I use only in limited calls and I remit only such amount. But now I should pay more amount to you. So I want to know the details of my use. I search any option for detailed bill in your web site but I didn't get it. So I request you to give the consumers for the facility to get the detailed bill from your website.

i am using the services of BSNL from last three years. my phone no is[protected]. last year, BSNL persons dig some whole near our telephone line. due to which, we are suffering from cross-connection. therefore, all privacy is distubed.
we had made many complaints to modinagar exchange. but everytime, the problem is not solved. we are still suffering from this problem very much. p-lease take some strict action, otherwise discontinuation will be the better option.

BSNL — Billing issue

I have a taken BSNL landline connection In March 2008. I was promised that there is an offer of 25% discount in rental, for being a women. I opted for Urbun-SPL option, which has rental as 475 Rs per month. I have opted for paying the whole year rental at once - so I have got another discount of paying only 10 months rental instead of 12. But in my first bill, I have not got 25% discount. I have called many times to the given no - but normally no body picks the phone, and if they pick, they tell that they will get back to me and then they never call.

Land line — Landline out of Order

dear Sir,

My land line Telephone 24716252 is out of order for last 3 days and I have lodged complain through Telephone and Doc No - R8504 but till date Telephone is not repaired. In this regard I would like to bring your kind notice above phone is getting out of order frequently and repaired after several reminder only. So in every month atleast 7 to 10 days my Telephone is out of Order.

I am writing this with utter disgust and disappointment in the way authorities in BSNL, Bangalore respond to their customers grievances.

My BSNL landline telephone having No. 23681621 is out of order for the past 15 days. I have registered a complaint on 16/05/2008. For the past 15 days I have been contacting all sort of BSNL authorities as guided/misguided by their own personals when contacted. By default many of these SOS numbers will not work and if at all they work, response will be lukewarm or negative.One thing is there, BSNL teaches one the `Lessons of Patience'. Great indeed.

Optimistically waiting patiantly to get the problem rectified.

BSNL Landline — Not working for last one month

I am living in Vasai. My BSNL landline No is[protected]. For the last one month my telephone has not been working. I have made several online complaints with Nos. 1219 and 1876. I have lodged a written complaint also to Divisional Engineer ( Ext), Vasai (W) on 21.06.08. So far It has not been restored. This shows the indifferent attitude of Vasai staff towards customers. Please attend the problem immediately.

This office phone so i want explain the management.

BSNL Landline — Not geting respone against complaint

Dear sir,
can you send one of your Technician and please check our tel line .Because every time there is some problem in our distribution board which is located in our nearest conaction post.Every break down some body is coming and making some temporary arangements and again same thing is happening.This creating very big probelem to us.
