My phone bill always exceeds Rs.1200 per month.Seeing that Ihave checked the usage of my BSNL landline phone.But the bill amount has not changed a bit yet.
I am quite eager to know the bill details of my telephone number[protected].For a long time I have been trying to find the correct helpline number and make an application regarding the foresaid problem.Unforetunately I have failed to get such helpline number or proper guidance from BSNL.Atlast, being very worried about this problem I am forced to lodge a complaint here.

I am having a broadband connection from Bsnl and the scheme is of "Home Plan UL750 Plus".According to the scheme it says that " Fixed Monthly Charges for voice (Rs.) - Nil ".They are continuously sending us huge bill amount adding the monthly charge for the same which was suppose to be free.It has been 7 months they are doing the same.I have given a written complaint to the A.O.T.R(CB-1) for more than 3 to 4 times but the have not taken any steps to correct it.I will be very much thankful if you kindly help by looking in to the matter.

For the current month bill i.e Nov-08 I have received a landline bill of Rs 2500 with no STD/ISD calls attachment letter. Can you please send call details especially STD/ISD for last month (Oct-08).
The phone number is[protected].
For your information, I utilized 1.5GB on last month (oct-08) using broadband internet connection - 500Rs Home plan with 2.5 GB free.

we r using bsnl landline phone sinse last ten year at Silvassa my phone no is[protected]. But we dont receive your bsnl bill on our particular address. More than 5 or 7 complantes give at the telephone exchange at Silvassa, so pls guide me about this problem and give any particular solution about this

this month my phone bill is 1500 . when i call on the customer care no 1500. first of all they didn't picked up . next day i tried again. after 2-3 days later someone picked up the phone . i asked him about the phone information. he told me call on this...no . i called on that no . after a long time someone pickied up the phone. i told about my problem. he said call me on that ...no. i called but noone picked my phone. tell me a middle class family where they go if the govt is like that stupid staff.
