Sir, My phone bill always exceeds Rs.1200 per month.Seeing that Ihave checked the usage of my BSNL landline phone.But the bill amount has not changed a bit yet. I am quite eager to know the bill details of my telephone number[protected].For a long time I have been trying to find the correct helpline number and make an application regarding the foresaid problem.Unforetunately I have failed to get such helpline number or proper guidance from BSNL.Atlast, being very worried about this problem I am forced to lodge a complaint here. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — Telephone bills

Now even after removing the broadband connection, I have been receiving monthly bills(PLAN260US). So I kindly request you to review my old scheme(PLAN520US) so that I would be able to pay the

can you send one of your Technician and please check our tel line .Because every time there is some problem in our distribution board which is located in our nearest conaction post.Every break down some body is coming and making some temporary arangements and again same thing is happening.This creating very big probelem to us. LANDLINE PHONE — Phone Line dead for 6 days

Our Landline phone of No.[protected] is completely dead for almost an week. We have tried to lodge complaints at your provided numbers for lodging complaints but they are not providing us with the Docket No. Moreover, the bill for this month has not yet been received by us although the last payment date being 31.12.2008.
