[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — bill details of my landline

Sir, For the month of Dec.2008 I did not receive my bill as I always in the past. some responsible person of your BSNL told me that we handover the bills to Postal department. I thought and deposited my bill. Cannot you ensure the bill reaching us? I was asked you should keep it in your memory to deposit the bill yourself.

Student — Delay in providing landline connection

Sir,
We have applied for BSNL landline connection about 2 months ago, but we have got no connection till now.The local SDO is delaying the working procedure.The process which take just 15-30 days, he has taken about 2 months.The local DGM has instructed him to fasten the work, but he is not in the mood to listen, i think.Please take some action as soon as possible.

My phone bill always exceeds Rs.1000 per month.I Have paid two years rent in advance as per new plan But still the bill amount is always around Rs 1000 per month.Seeing that Ihave checked the usage of my BSNL landline phone.But the bill amount has not changed a bit yet.
Bill amount from[protected] to[protected]BILL NO 34636988 Consumer No[protected] is Rs1380 .I am quite eager to know the bill details of my telephone number[protected] DURING THE SAID PERIOD.For a long time I have been trying to find the correct helpline number and make an application regarding the foresaid problem.Unforetunately I have failed to get such helpline number or proper guidance from BSNL.Atlast, being very worried about this problem I am forced to lodge a complaint here.
