Range Problem For BSNL is very week.. Address DGP Nagar, Kramanka 1, Nashik-Pune Road Near Tagore Nagar. Where to Complaint for this Plz Help ME...

No incoming and outgoing.
.
i cant call to customer care. so i dial from my another number ([protected]).
I dialed customer service center and told my problem. A customer care executive asked to hold. After a long time he replied that he's not responsible for this and wait until this complaint will be solved or "if you are in hurry you can take another connection". I asked his number he transferred call to Senior. He also misbehaved .He said to wait more than 2 hours and " you are not only our customer all are waiting why can't you . I never said to take BSNL connection". He said he can cut my connection if he wants. And he threatened me saying he can find my address and will show me.
If he cuts my connection what should i do?

i have opted for prepaid sim in bsnl on my family name and submitted application on 23.11.2012 with relevant documents. I have also paid Rs.59/-. I was also alloted [protected] and informed that within two days it will be activated. On line enquiry was taken place on 27.11.12 at 12.10 and odd wherein i was also informed within one hour the sim will be activated. But till now i.e., 6.10 pm on 27.11.12 it is not activated. Why this type of shear delay and troubling the consumer. My alternate number is [protected]

i have purchase sim of bsnl my no is [protected], today morning (28/02/20130) customer care service insured me will be activated within 12 hours now 22:00hrs past till now not activated.

I am using BSNL prepaid simcard Number [protected].
On 6th July 2013 evening I got a message " Sim Card registration failed"
So there is no tower signal indication and I can not use the Number.
Please activate the Sim Card and help me as early as possible.
