I have done tele-verification by calling on 1507 on 2 June 2016.
They have told me that the sim will be activate within 4 hrs.
But more than one week has passed and sim is not activated till now.

Balance deduction without any use

my mobile no. [protected] balance of 40 rupees was duducted on 18/08/2014. i didnot activated any service and also i did not got any confirmation after deduction of balance. i want reimburse of my balace.

Without my request, bsnl changed my dialer tune and put their promotional dialer tune and charged for it.

I have brought a BSNL sim card 6 days (14th july) earlier from a retailer in a small village named Arrah (pin: 802301). My sim card has not been activated yet. Upon asking my retailer, he said that he has given application form to the company next day after receiving my application.
