I was using BSNL post paid phone [protected] from 4.3.2016 the billing received in April was exhorbitant hence i have decided to change to pre paid & on 12.04.2016 closed the post paid and got pre-paid SIM on 12.04.2016 evening the was to be activated within two hours but til 13.04.2016 4pm the same was not activated. please look into the matter and activate the same so as to use the mobile immediately.
