I was told that on my submission of all documemnts
for a duplicate sim . the activation will take 4- 24hrs commited by them .
but nothing has happened yet its been three days..

Hi, I converted my postpaid number into prepaid by closing the dues yesterday and the Bsnl staffstaff told that the new sim he gave will get activated iin 30 mins...
It has been one day and still not activated ...no one picking from customer care number 1503...please help...
