BSNL Mobile service in this area of Kimi in West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh is out of order since 31/05/2012. In spite of numerous requests to BSNL authority they have not responded at all. It is not the case of a single consumer, almost 500+ consumers are effected in this regard. I am submitting this complaint as BSNL authorities are turning a deaf ear to our requests.

BSNL — recharge regarding
I have recharged my mobile no [protected] on line with a value of Rs. 55. the same credited to my account and massage shows that ur a/c is credited by Rs.55 on 23/06/2012at 11.54am ref no [protected].the mobile no I am holding is a anata life time plan,for this i recharged for increasing validity where as this was not happed so and now i don't have validity or the balance amount.please do the needful at earliest.BSNL — validity of recharge not shown correctly
My Pre Paid Cell No. [protected] was due for recharging on 13/7/2012. I have recharged it on 20/7/2012 for Rs.200/-. The validity advised to me is 13/7/2012 even after recharging by Rs.200/-. Hi,I have my BSNL connection[protected] which is not working for past one year. We had given multiple visits to bsnl office and multiple complaints registered in BSNL IVR. But still no action has been taken. Even I have mailed to officers mentioned in BSNL website. But no luck.We are getting bills for the dead line as well every month.Please do the needful.

BSNL — Deduction of Balance without intimation/permission
I Have used a Mobile Sim of BSNL having No. [protected] purchase from Jaisalmer (Rajasthan). On 18 July 2012 at about 08:08:27 i have received a SMS that Rs- 40 has been deducted from your account balance and the service of MIMOBITV has been activated on your Mobile No…I am serving in Border Security Force, and on this day i am on leave and in this regard i contact with BSNL Customer Care on the same day but he was refused to help me or refused to give any information by saying that contact with Rajasthan Custmore care. After availing leave i have joined his duty on 22 July 2012 and againg contact with BSNL Customer care, but again he say that he can’t refund your balance. Sir, i have never applied for this Service by any medium. I have used Mobile Nokia – 101, which is not supported for this service.
Hence you are requested to help me in this regard…

Since last 4 months my land line bill on[protected] has increased extensively. Before the bill that was arround Rs.600, is now being charged Rs. 1850 the last month and Rs.3400 in the month before.
