BSNL — Line dead since a month and half
Its been over a month and half since i last filed a complaint with BSNL and ever since then they have been making promises of coming and fixing the line but nothing has happen till now. After my first compliant here, they sent a linesmen and he said that the underground wiring had to be replaced but bo one has come to do the same yet.BSNL broadband Internet home — Internet is working for only two seconds in every ten seconds

On weekdays I may use hardly
But even those little times I use the internet, the internet works only for 2 seconds in every 10 seconds.

My land line telephone [protected] has not been working since the last one month.Every month the phone works only for about 10 to 15 days. But bills are raise for the full month. Considering that this phone connection is more than 10 years old and all my contacts know only this number ,I have been paying the bills promptly. As of now there are no dues to be paid to BSNL. I have contacted concerned Asst. Eng ( phone [protected]) and Divl.Engr (phone[protected]). They assure prompt restoration of service but the problem continues.Please help me in the matter.

BSNL — Unable to provide broadband services
I am a loyal customer of BSNL since the last 30 odd years. Still, they refrain from providing a simple service of broadband. I have been in their office many times with filled application form, but they refuse to provide broadband saying that the line is not fine. The house next door has been provided with broadband as well as the next one. Its been almost a year since I am applying for internet but they are saying it cannot be done, even though I used broadband on this very location two years back. The locality is not the problem, neither is any error in line, still its beyond my reasoning why they are laid back on this task. I am now tired and registering a complaint with consumercomplaints.in and hoping that the plight would not fall on deaf ears.My bsnl no. is[protected] and my e-mail is [protected]@gmail.com

Dear Sir,Since last 2 months my amount was deducted due to auto activation of some additional facilities(caller tunes,ringtone ...............etc).So pls deactivate the all additional facilities and refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.Please don't activate any other facilities without request.
