sub: non cooperation by employees

I applied for mnp from uninor to bsnl with uniccode through proper producer, i paid rs.20 for the bsnl simcard. but inspite of 10 days time bsnl not taking any action for my mnp repuest.
in N.R.colony office and in custumercare officers also shown negligence regarding my problems.
but because of some attachment to this company(bsnl) i purchase new sim for my mobile internet connection. here also they misguided me. so i feel too bad about my bad experience with the bsnl.

Sir, My house is A-35,Alok Nagar,Agra and my mobile is[protected] no.. I have very much signal problem(signal aate jaate rehte hai)so many times call droapes. some time message came that connection eorr. BSNL — block bsnl sim card

I have lost my mobile along with my bsnl sim card on the train near asansole station . Please block it [protected] .

I'm using BSNL Broadband at tel no.[protected]. Since 10th May 2012, I am not able to check my broadband usage. Met customer care executive many times but they are not able to help.

BSNL — unauthorized charge

My mobile no is [protected] and I am receiving sms from BV-ITIMES(www.follo.co.in) and they are deducting Rs 10 after every 7 days I received another sms to unsubscribe it by clicking on the url which I have done twice still they are deducting Rs 10 and today also they have deducted it .
So please do the needful.

BSNL — internet is not accessing

sir my name is kuldeep gupta..n my contact no is [protected]. i have bsnl internet connection ( landline connection ) . sir mera internet connection access nhi ho rha h . iske solution ke liye maine bsnl office pe bhi 3 or 4 times complaint ki. but ushone ne ise solve nhi kiya. sir mere internet 3 months se nhi chal rha h, jabki mai har month iska recharge kara rha hu...so please solve it before i take action against you.. thanx

BSNL — non information of increase in call charge

My mobile no. is [protected] and I am currently in roaming. they has 1.2 p/1s std call charge and 70p/sms std charge. the charges has been raised without any prior notice to 1.50 rs/min and 1.50/sms. they didn't send any sms regarding this. even the call charge notice still showing older charge rate. I have lost nearly rs.25 due to this. I need refund.
