BSNL — landline telephone dead

My Res. Telphone no. 23625050 is dead since 23rd July onwards, as the same connection is having broadband connection also. After so many complaints, still no response. Getting answer from the authority that work is still in progres...!!!! Request to please advise the authority to rectify at the earliest, as without internet it is very difficult to work, as we have to go cyber cafe to do that.

Dear Madam/Sir,

With due respect, I would like to draw your kind attention to the following facts on which the action is still pending.

Our WLL phone[protected] was down since May 2010. We approached SDO, Banki many times but phone was not serviceable. Finally, we have surendered the WLL Phone with all accessories (except antenna pole) to Exch. Banki on 28 Jul 2010 for surrendering the phone. Mr Tripathy (clerk) asked Rs.500/- for missing pole, when asked for money receipt and surrender certificate, he told us to visit tomorrow. That tomorrow never became fruitful for us in future. SDO could not be contacted as he neither turns up for duty regularly & timely or picks up his mobile phone.

My dependant father (Ratnakar Maharana) is a consumer of BSNL Banki Sub-division, Distt-Cuttack (WLL Ph No.[protected] since Dec 2005. I, being a defence serving personnel, get a chance to visit home only once/twice a year. My old and allied father is running from pillar to post and has left the hope for getting the security deposit amount from BSNLi. Few days back by disappointing with the services of staffs and as per the advice of National Consumer Forum we have send a application by Regd post to BSNL office Banki.

Your early intervention on the matter is solicited. In this regard I have written several letters to Nodal Officer ([protected]@bsnl.co.in) and reply is still awaited till date.

Sir, I Ashish Sharma want to block my BSNL sim [protected]. The sim was registered in name of Dr. S.N Sharma. Please do co-operate and block my sim and prevent it from misuse..

BSNL — Delay in LAND LINE CONNECTION and BROADBAND

Respected sir,

i have booked a BSNL Land Line and Broad Band on[protected] with receipt number NGC[protected] and paid 1400rs. We didnt get the connection yet even after the lapse of nearly 2months.I request you topls look into the matter at the earliest.

BSNL — forcing for unwanted service with charge

My bsnl prepaid mobile number is - [protected] (up east).Frequently i get message for value added services and its charges saying you have subscribed where as i have not opted as such service. I have asked many times to enable this number with DND which has not been applied till now.If there is any solution my email id is-----

BSNL — united subscription

My BSNL prepaid mobille number is [protected] (up east).On 17aug 12 i got a message saying "thank you for subscribing channel v RS. 10/day. Where as i have never opted fore such service.The said service provider disturbs me frequently by sending messages like this.
Many times i have requested to enable this number with DND , but it has not been applied till now.

BSNL — My Broadband phone connection dead

I have booked complaints using BSNL broadband complaint toll free number last week, more than 7 days no response from any bsnl officers. I went to Medavakkam Exchange BSNL office and I met DE and AE officers. They said within two hours my problem will be resolved. But still its pending. Can we get Bill deduction atleast?

BSNL — Telephone not working for 2 months

Hi,

My landline has not been working since the last 2 months. I have made numerous complaints to the local BSNL office (both, in person as well as called on their number[protected] but they just won't send the lineman to repair the fault. Everytime i call or visit the office, they tell me that the person will come for repairs "today".

hello sir, i have a land line no[protected] with brandband connection.it is not woking properly form 6-7 month. i lodged many complaint but no response.rather they give another number and said that lodged your complaint to this no. please resolve my problem as soon as possible.if possible give me higher officer number.

BSNL — Land Line 0250-2308385 not working over two months

My Land line is not working over a month. In spite of complaint it is not started working. However the monthly bill is recovered from me. Pl refund the Bill and restart the phone immediately.Tel No.[protected].

BSNL — phone line & broadband not working

my land line no is[protected] using this connection since 1 1/2yrs facing a lot of problem with my land line.service is not proper after registration of many complaints no body is taking care. again from last 15 days facing the same problem nobody taking care simply they are closing d complaint docket no. but nothing is corrected .so many times informed to bsnl JE area andipalayam directly and through voice but he is not taking care.
need necessary action to be taken place otherwise i need to have to change my connection

BSNL phone 01812753444 — NOT WORKING SINCE 2 MONTH

MY BSNL LANDLINE PHONE IS NOT WORKING SINCE 2 MONTH,NO BODY VISIT OUR SHOP TO REPAIR DISPITE MY REPEATED REQUESTS ...RATTAN CLOTH HOUSE ADAMPUR [protected]

ANOTHER WE HAD ISTALLED BSNL BRODBAND SERVICE IN LAST MONTH AT OUR HOUSE 2252 ADAMPUR IN THE NAME OF MY WIFE RITA CHAND WHICH 25% WORKING ONLY ,IT MEANS REMAIN OFF ALL THE TIME
IF THE COPLAINT IS NOT SOLVED IN 3 DAYS WE HAVE NO ALRENATIVE TO DISCONNECT THE LINES

BSNL — Broadband down

My Broadband service is down most of the month and I cannot access internet. I have repeatly booked complaints with the customer care and given calls to the local exchange but all my efforts are just useless as the BSNL authority is not taking the matter professionally.

IFFCO HAS TAKEN LAND LINE BEARING NO[protected] AT D" BLOCK 308 FLAT NO. SAGAR ROYAL VILLA HOSANGABAD ROAD BHOPAL. THE SAID TELEPHONE IS DEAD SINCE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS BUT AFTER LODGING THE COMPLAIN AT SAKAIT NAGAR TELEPHONE EXCHANGE NO BODY IS PAYING ANY ATTENTION ON IT . THIS IS VEARY SHAMEFULL ON PART OF BSNL

There is no street light in Munirka village area, South Delhi from past 2 months. Its very problematic at night. Please look into the matter as early as possible.
