Yes, I totally agree that buyatbrands is a fraud website. I placed and order and its been a month now and i still havent got it... i have to call them up everyday and they say its in transit and i will receive tomorrow. This is the status of my order since last one month

well no doubt the buyatbrands made delay in delivering the product but after making few phone calls to [protected] at last i got my product & that too in good packing...
i was ordered a casio g-shock watch from buyatbrands.com last 2 weeks ago and they delivered my order 2 or 3 days late from the date they told me. i was very embarrase but that was good and authentic watch they delivered and the service is much better than letsbuy or koovs. because i had very bad experience with them.

I Have Placed an order on[protected] for Casio SHEEN SHN-3008D-7ADR, SH100 Watches - Color : White, Order No: MIFVZWUIY, and even paid the full amount of Rs.3078 by HDFC CREDIT VARD. I was assured delivery in 4-5 days and even after 8 days nor did they deliver the product nor did i get any call or message regarding the same. I got a message on their site that dispatched by FEDEX but FEDEX says that they have not received the shipment. Even their customer care number as given in website and in my invoice which is +[protected] is not working. No body is attending the calls at this number. I am now concerned about my paid amount. please get me a refund for the paid amount.

Hi, I came accross this new portal few months back. Has seen many negative reviews on this site so after 3 purchases I dediced to share my experienceOrder 1 - Casio EF-550RBSP Imported @ 70% OFF- This watch is excellent same as 550d sold in india. It just has redbull branding and has all same looks and functions. Went to casio store. they told its not sold in india and hence no warranty. They never said its fake. They say casio bahar se loge toh hum warranty nahi denge. Only india products pe hai. But when you save 70% then thats an awesome deal. Order 2 - Casio India G332 - This I got at 15% off where amazon was giving only 5% and jabong too 5%, Snapdeal had 10%. Got the watch and took to showrrom. they said warranty is valid for 2 years - Hence genuineOrder 3 - Titan 9827PP model which was unavailable and hence was refunded on 5th day and money got credited on 10th day of order date. Again descent. So all those who doubt buyatbrands.com just clear your facts and buy with confidence. Mr. Saurabh over there is very helpful as I was unable to understand 550RBSP functions which he patiently explained and this was commendable as one seiko watch I bought from Amazona and no one knew anything about the productHope this review helps.regardsAkshay PKerala

I had purchased a watch, which worked for a month, and stopped working.
Tried changing the battery in the near by shop(as advised by the customer care people), but that did not work
Had to send it to their service center, based in Delhi, which they only collected. I was really happy they only took it serviced it and sent back.
Then the real problem started, again after a month it stopped working, I was just like what the F*!
Again I called them again the same thing send, it will fix it and resend.
I would strongly say never ever buy a product from this forum, the cost is cheap as well the product.
