For this return request i didn't get any call from you between 1st DEC to 10th DEC. I am seeing fake status that i cancelled pick up. i didn't cancelled any pick up till now. And you always telling "Customer does not want to return the product".

Again i reinitiated the pick up. your representative called once on saturday. sat was holiday for our company. i am out of station on that day. i asked him to come on monday. i called him lot of times and he was not lifting phone.
