Did not pickup the product but said customer does not want to return product

But status in their site is updated daily with some reason as "Customer did not have product available, Customer unavailable, Large size return shipment" and new status is "Customer does not want to return the product". I did an online purchase from paytm . The delivery date was 27 July and since i did not receive it. My awb no is[protected]. I have contacted the customer care several times but ththey only make excuses anand say to wait another and another 48 hrs. Please help me Iin resoving the matter....

too much delay and very bad experience

i had also got same experience from delhivery courier .http://track.delhivery.com/p/[protected] they returned my shipment due to no serviceable zone. anybody tell them if they have no serviceable zone so why they commit to deliver product. unfortunately i did make a damn mistake . plz hs18/snapdeal take some action otherwise.. one by one all peoples stop buying product from you.( i placed again a new product on hs18) and waiting for snapdeal...

worst courier service even slower than indian post

When you cant run a business just dont open it, and frustrate others...i seriously believe you are making a joke of courier services.pathetic & horrible. The tracking system is not updated, since 4 days its showing material is in hyd hub and not moving...i dont understand how you ppl can be so careless&casual...if nt improved you will be screwed soon.i just hope my order gets delivered today otherwise i will make sure that i share...

Improper response and Poor delivery system

Worst delivery services

Now that's not fair... Them IIT guys... Brilliant minds... You know... They all actually sit down and map the most optimal path to your house... Down to the smallest detail... Deliberations last at least a week... The worst delivery commitment

I Ordered a TV from snapdeal.com on 24th april.And they sent to Delhivery Courier Service for shipment on 27th April.
The delivery date was 29 April( according to snapdeal.com).
I called up Delhivery Courier Service on 29th but they told, i will get it on 30th April a must.
